- Lead the implementation of core systems across flight operations, crew management, maintenance, operations control, and load planning. This includes platforms such as Jeppesen, AIMS, AMOS, TRAX, EFBs, and OCC tools.
- Work with Product Managers to align programme plans with launch and operational goals.
- Lead teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure high quality delivery across all projects.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners, provide updates to leadership, and ensure full compliance with aviation regulations and company standards.

About YouWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of complex technology programmes across airline operations, with a focus on systems integration and digital transformation.
- You will have over 10 years of experience in programme management within aviation, airline, or transport sectors, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role managing cross-functional teams and multi-vendor environments.
- You bring a strong track record in vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and aligning IT with business goals. Your expertise includes programme planning, financial oversight, and risk management within regulated settings.
- A solid understanding of aviation compliance and operational readiness is essential.
- A bachelors degree in operations, computer science, engineering, or a related field is required. A master b2s degree or PMP certification is preferred.
- This is a full-time, onsite role in Riyadh on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Flight Operations Officer works as distant arm for NOC at Airport and closely coordinates with Station Personnel to ensure all required standard services are met.
_Receiving all flight documents released by Flight Dispatchers as per GACA/FAA regulations. _Ensure crew reporting and ensure crew sign-on and off is within limitations, and coordinate this task with NOC – if necessary.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Aviation Safety Management System (SMS) In-Charge located in Jeddah. The In-Charge will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the aviation Safety Management System.
- Monitoring and analyzing safety performance indicators.
- Conducting safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
- Coordinating and delivering safety training programs.
- Ensuring compliance with national (GACA) and international (ICAO, EASA, FAA) aviation safety regulations.
Collaborating with technical and operational departments to resolve safety-related issues and promote a strong safety culture.
Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance (A&P) or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven work experience in:
- Aircraft maintenance, OR
- Occupational safety and health, particularly as an inspector or accident investigator.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of aviation safety standards and regulations (ICAO SMS, GACA, ISO 45001 preferred).
Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and reporting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple safety-related tasks.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Certification: Aviation safety, Occupational safety, and Quality Audit certifications are a plus.
