SUPERVISOR/MANAGER: The Field Technician will report to the Maintenance Supervisor.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install, maintain, and repair low-current electronic systems, including security systems, access control, CCTV, and building automation systems.
- Conduct on-site assessments and diagnose issues related to the installation and operation of electronic systems.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and documentation to understand the system requirements and plan the installation process.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, such as troubleshooting, repairing, or replacing defective components.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Qualifications:
- - Technical diploma or certificate in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- - Relevant industry-recognized certifications (e.g., BICSI, CompTIA, etc.) are highly desirable.
- - Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of low-current electronic systems.
- Familiarity with various types of electronic systems, including security, access control, CCTV, and building automation.

Job Description
To provide field services/onsite support to clients, including installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting generators, motors, and switch gears. This role involves direct interaction with customers.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain generators, motors, and switch gears.
- Identify, analyze, and repair product failures; order replacement parts as required.
- Operate testing instruments for transformers, switch gears, and cables.
- Respond promptly to customer issues and resolve according to standard procedures provided by engineers.
- Document all service activities, including testing reports and time sheets.
- Monitor staff performance, including time management and quality of work, to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Conduct performance reviews and support staff development plans.
