Dans le cadre du développement de notre pôle partenaire ServiceNow, nous recherchons un(e) consultant(e) avant-vente capable de participer activement au développement de notre offre. Directement rattaché(e) à la direction Devoteam N Platform France, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la construction de la stratégie de transformation digitale de nos clients. Vous mobiliserez votre expertise sur la plateforme ServiceNow pour identifier les leviers de valeur, concevoir des solutions sur mesure et porter l’excellence de Devoteam dans les phases d’avant-vente.
Vos missions principales incluent :
- L’élaboration des solutions dès la détection du besoin client jusqu’à l’appel d'offres;
- L’analyse et qualification des affaires détectées;
- Le pilotage (bid management) des affaires complexes, orchestration des contributeurs;
- L’élaboration des propositions techniques et commerciales;
- L’accompagnement au “closing” des affaires;
- La participation aux rendez-vous stratégiques “C” level ou clés, au plan de lobbying;

Within the Services organization, the Business & Market Insights product organization is focused on creating and delivering superior products and services that equip our clients with the right data-powered solutions, insights, and advisory services, to drive confident decision-making for better outcomes. This team is accountable for ensuring we are growing our business through thoughtful product road mapping that evolves our solution sets to meet existing and new use cases, influencing global product managers to ensure the solutions in region are effective and partnering with our Services Business Development and Client Services teams to drive relevant go-to-market solutions for our customers in the region.
This role is responsible for the presales and management of Advanced Analytics products in EEMEA region with a special focus on West Arabia division while supporting the broader EEMEA B&MI Advanced Analytics product management team for region-wide initiatives.
Key responsibilities of this role include :
- Owning and driving the P&L aspirations of the Advanced Analytics products in EEMEA, in close coordination with the regional Services business leads and specialist sales teams in the region.
- Determining and driving forward the product innovation agenda and product roadmap in partnership with the global product leads and regional stakeholders.
- Ensuring successful commercialization of new and existing solutions in collaboration with the business development teams and client services teams in the region incl. providing specialist sales support, driving marketing and thought leadership initiatives

Job Description:
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Continuously monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders.

Job Summary
GIB based in Riyadh, KSA, is seeking a Scrum Master with strong hands-on Agile delivery experience—preferably within the brokerage, investment, or capital markets sectors. This is a full-time onsite role requiring immediate availability. The ideal candidate will possess practical expertise in coaching Agile teams, leading Scrum or Spotify Agile frameworks, and managing projects using Jira and Confluence.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate core Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Guide Agile squads in adopting and practicing Agile values, principles, and delivery frameworks.
Cultivate a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing team environment.
Serve as a servant leader and coach for Agile squads within a regulated financial context.
Identify and address delivery impediments and support cross-functional team collaboration.
Oversee effective use of Jira and Confluence for backlog management, documentation, and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven Agile delivery experience within brokerage, investment, or capital markets (experience in KSA preferred).
Proficient with Jira and Confluence.
Available to start immediately and work onsite in Riyadh.
Understanding of regulatory standards, particularly CMA (Capital Market Authority), is a strong plus.
Relevant certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master are preferred.
Domain expertise in brokerage or capital markets is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Familiarity with Agile team structures and scaling frameworks (Spotify model knowledge is an advantage).
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities with the ability to influence without authority.
