As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering all features of recruiting across the organization. This will be achieved through employing traditional and modern sourcing strategies as well as developing new and creative recruiting ideas to ensure we are hiring the best possible talent, whilst actively living by our values.
In this role, you will:
Recruitment:
- Drive full lifecycle of recruitment by:
- Preparing requisitions and obtaining sign off from all stakeholders
- Advertising all vacancies internally and externally within 24 hours of obtaining sign-off
- Screening and shortlisting applicants from Workable and LinkedIn
- Conducting various assessments applicable to the role
- Submitting shortlisted candidates to hiring manager (minimum 4 candidates)
- Obtaining feedback on shortlisted candidates from hiring manager (minimum 2 candidates)
- Setting interviews with all stakeholders (first/second/culture)
- Informing all unsuccessful candidates on the status of their application
- Sitting in all interviews to ensure compliance (all scorecards to be completed)
Post Recruitment:
● Perform entry interviews for all new recruits who have been with the company for 3 months
● Provide new employee interview feedback to managers
Record Keeping:
● All interview notes to be captured on Workable
● All successful shortlisted candidates to be saved on Workable for future pipeline
● Track and capture feedback on all entry interviews Monthly Reporting
● Update recruitment activity sheet
● Ensure the applicant tracking system (Workable) is updated with prospective candidates and interview feedback
● Meet with Talent Acquisition Team Lead and Hiring Managers to discuss the progress of open positions, quality of candidates and strategy to find and engage more talent.
● Provide pre-screened and qualified candidates to Hiring Manager within agreed time frames
Other:
● Ensure all recruitment documents are scanned and saved on Workable
● Coordinate and implement university graduate recruiting initiatives
● Build recruitment networks through industry / global contacts to keep up to date with recruitment practices
● Perform any other reasonable task which might be required from time to time
● Manage relationships with recruitment agencies
● Maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders
● Develop superior knowledge of all roles we have
● Minimum of secondary education
● Bachelor's degree is preferred
● Minimum 2-3 years sourcing in either in-house or search firm (both would be preferred)
● Experience in sourcing positions in the online classifieds or e-commerce sector
● Has proven experience in sourcing using a wide variety of sourcing channels to source talent ideally within digital/tech/mobile apps
● Proven analytical capabilities to report on and interpret data related to searches with a view to improving sourcing techniques
● Tech recruitment knowledge is preferred
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word
● Good oral and written communication skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field minimum.
- 5–7 years of proven experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, preferably in large organizations or holding companies.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, visa processes, and Saudi embassy requirements for work visa endorsements.
- Hands-on experience with overseas recruitment, particularly from Asian and MENA countries.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), MS Office, and recruitment platforms (e.g., Bayt, Naukrigulf, LinkedIn).
- Strong headhunting and direct sourcing abilities for mid to senior-level roles.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering all features of recruiting across the organization. This will be achieved through employing traditional and modern sourcing strategies as well as developing new and creative recruiting ideas to ensure we are hiring the best possible talent, whilst actively living by our values.
In this role, you will:
Recruitment:
- Drive full lifecycle of recruitment by:
- Preparing requisitions and obtaining sign off from all stakeholders
- Advertising all vacancies internally and externally within 24 hours of obtaining sign-off
- Screening and shortlisting applicants from Workable and LinkedIn
- Conducting various assessments applicable to the role
- Submitting shortlisted candidates to hiring manager (minimum 4 candidates)
- Obtaining feedback on shortlisted candidates from hiring manager (minimum 2 candidates)
- Setting interviews with all stakeholders (first/second/culture)
- Informing all unsuccessful candidates on the status of their application
- Sitting in all interviews to ensure compliance (all scorecards to be completed)
Post Recruitment:
● Perform entry interviews for all new recruits who have been with the company for 3 months
● Provide new employee interview feedback to managers
Record Keeping:
● All interview notes to be captured on Workable
● All successful shortlisted candidates to be saved on Workable for future pipeline
● Track and capture feedback on all entry interviews Monthly Reporting
● Update recruitment activity sheet
● Ensure the applicant tracking system (Workable) is updated with prospective candidates and interview feedback
● Meet with Talent Acquisition Team Lead and Hiring Managers to discuss the progress of open positions, quality of candidates and strategy to find and engage more talent.
● Provide pre-screened and qualified candidates to Hiring Manager within agreed time frames
Other:
● Ensure all recruitment documents are scanned and saved on Workable
● Coordinate and implement university graduate recruiting initiatives
● Build recruitment networks through industry / global contacts to keep up to date with recruitment practices
● Perform any other reasonable task which might be required from time to time
● Manage relationships with recruitment agencies
● Maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders
● Develop superior knowledge of all roles we have

● Bachelor's degree is preferred
● Minimum 2-3 years sourcing in either in-house or search firm (both would be preferred)
● Experience in sourcing positions in the online classifieds or e-commerce sector
● Has proven experience in sourcing using a wide variety of sourcing channels to source talent ideally within digital/tech/mobile apps
● Proven analytical capabilities to report on and interpret data related to searches with a view to improving sourcing techniques
● Tech recruitment knowledge is preferred
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word
● Good oral and written communication skills
● Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with people at all levels
● Excellent coordination and organization skills
● Ability to prioritize work requirements
● Strong internet research and social media recruitment skills
● Fast approach to hiring top quality candidates
● Highly motivated, professional, creative, proactive and able to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group
