Job Purpose:

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales, with a strong background in hospitality, logistics, or sales, purchasing

Position Overview

  • Lead a team of key account senior specialists and managers, providing mentorship, training, and performance feedback. Foster a collaborative, goal-driven environment to ensure the success of the account management team.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular sales and demand forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis to senior leadership. Track key metrics and performance data to evaluate success and adjust strategies.
Qualification and Experience

About The Role

The Accounts Receivable Supervisor manages billing, collections, and guest ledger processes to ensure timely and accurate revenue collection, supporting the Resort’s financial health.

About the location The Red Sea destination is being developed as a luxury resort with sustainable practices, offering approximately 149 rooms and suites, multiple dining outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, and extensive leisure facilities on Shura Island. The project emphasizes renewable energy and conservation zones.

About the role The Accounts Receivable Supervisor manages billing, collections, and guest ledger processes to ensure timely and accurate revenue collection, supporting the Resort’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee billing and collection processes
  • Manage guest and company account reconciliations
  • Follow up on outstanding balances and ensure timely payments
  • Prepare AR reports and support month-end closing
  • Collaborate with Front Office and Sales teams for account accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit standards
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years Accounts Receivable experience; supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong Excel and financial system skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Hospitality experience preferred
