- Responsible for local Statutory filings KSA entities, working with local accounting providers
- Responsible for Tax/VAT filings of KSA entities, working with third parties for preparation and oversight
- Ensure compliance with global policies and internal controls under SOX
- Participate in projects as accounting representative including SAP projects
- Point of contact for external and internal auditors
- Assisting Corporate Tax Team with Transfer Pricing
- Oversee overall condition of the entity, prepare monthly cash flow Forecast
- Oversee payroll for KSA entities
- Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
- Execute month end close process (account for: accruals, prepayments, FAs, banks etc.)
- Preparation/review of quarterly finance statement fluctuation analysis
- Preparation and review of TB and statutory financial statements
- Working in conjunction with the external accounting firm to ensure local filings compliance with local regulatory requirements
- Preparation/review Blacklines BS reconciliations
- Liaises with tax authorities, government representatives, payroll/accounting company, tax consultants, internal and external auditors for what pertains to Finance and Accounting matters on the legal entities under his/her supervision,
- Liaises with the HR department for all payroll/personnel questions and issues,
- Liaises with counterparts in the other Align entities to exchange information and best practices.

- Experience of working with local ERP, SAP, and BI tools is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English

Manage, control and ensure that company accounting activities and procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles and comply with the approved policies and procedures of the company. Lead and coordinate all tasks and functions relate to financial reporting, Budgeting, cash flow management, debt financing. Fulfill in a timely manner all financial obligation and requirement with third parties, i.e. external audit, Zakat, lenders, SIDF and other.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage, control and ensure that company accounting activities and procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles
• Ensure that all financial transactions are handled and processed in-line with the approved policies and procedures.
• Oversee the daily operations of the finance department
• Prepare the monthly financial reports with all needed financial and costing analysis comparing with Budget and KPIs.
• Manage the preparation of the official annual report of actual revenues, transfers, and expenses.
• Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts in coordination with the CFO.
• Ensure that the company are continuously keeping sufficient fund to fulfill its financial obligation by preparing monthly cash flow forecast. Monitor the actual cash flow against forecast and take the necessary measure to remedy variances.
• Direct and coordinate debt financing and debt service payments with external agencies and monitor terms, conditions and covenants and ensure compliance with the same.
• Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements.
• Lead and coordinate with all other department the preparation of annual operating budget and developing 3-10 years business plans for the company.
• Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Accounting
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior level Finance or Accounting position
• A CPA or CMA professional qualification preferred
• Candidates with experience which are privately owned (non-government) industrial or energy companies preferred
• Saudi nationals only
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• General knowledge of ERP Systems and the relation of other modules with accounting and finance modules and the associated controls
• Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems
• Knowledge of Government financial regulations
KYE SKILLS
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections
• Good knowledge in the cost accounting and financial analysis
• General knowledge of the manufacturing cost accounting, i.e. product cost, inventory, standard cost, variance analysis between actual and standard cost
• Working knowledge of short and long term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis
• Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work also requires willingness to work on multitask, long hours and under pressure so as to meet deadlines
• Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects
