Posting payments made to local and foreign suppliers, and clearing agent and custom.
Process & Verification: -
Verify the document submission by procurement department.
Responsible to maintain and cross check the documentation of inventory clearance and purchase as provided by procurement and store person (example: LPO, supplier invoice, supplier DO, custom clearing document).
Inventory provision costing reconciliation with actual cost.
Document preparation for Inventory and related suppliers for payment approval from Line Manager and Group Financial Controller.
Reporting & Analysis: -
Supplier advance account reconciliation
Supplier account balance reconciliations (inventory and clearing agents)
Payment schedule for Inventory and related suppliers
Inventory and suppliers Ageing Report
Inventory analysis for slow moving, fast moving & expired item
Cost price analysis of different supplier.
Clearing cost analysis on the basis of order, freight etc.
Any assignment given on Adhoc basis from Group Financial Controller on mutually agreed to complete on specific deadline.

Your Key Responsibilities
