Key Responsibilities:
Fixed Assets Management:
- Maintain and update the fixed assets register in compliance with company policies and IFRS standards.
- Supervise the capitalization of assets, tagging, transfers, revaluation, impairment, and disposals.
- Calculate, review, and post monthly depreciation and amortization entries.
- Ensure proper classification of fixed assets in line with accounting standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (Master's preferred).
- Experience as Chief Financial Officer is
highly preferred. - Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in finance, preferably in hospitality services.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, ZATCA regulations, and Saudi tax frameworks.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Odoo and Traacs) and advanced Excel skills.
- Professional certification (CFA, CPA, CMA) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
