Role Purpose.

To manage and oversee all accounting operations related to fixed assets, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and reconciliations. The role ensures accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and alignment with internal policies while providing insights for financial planning and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

Fixed Assets Management:

• Maintain and update the fixed assets register in compliance with company policies and IFRS standards.
• Supervise the capitalization of assets, tagging, transfers, revaluation, impairment, and disposals.
• Calculate, review, and post monthly depreciation and amortization entries.
• Ensure proper classification of fixed assets in line with accounting standards.

Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with respect to all equipment assets.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual fixed assets reports for management.
• Support statutory, internal, and external audits with required schedules and reconciliations.
• Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Process Improvement & Controls:

• Develop, review, and enhance fixed asset accounting policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in fixed asset tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and project teams to ensure proper asset accounting.

Preferred Knowledge / Skills:

· Strong understanding of standard fixed asset lifecycle management.

· Advanced MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Preferred Education /Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. (Master's / Professional qualification like ACCA, CMA & CPA preferred.

Experience Required:

3–5 years of hands-on experience specifically in fixed assets accounting.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Financial Consultant
to guide the company's financial transformation and ensure long-term fiscal sustainability. This consultancy role will provide high-level advisory to the C-level Executive team, focusing on compliance, financial strategy, forecasting, restructuring, ERP readiness, and team development. If you bring strong expertise in IFRS, Saudi financial regulations, and strategic planning, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Planning
  – Provide expert guidance on financial planning, capital structuring, and working capital optimization. Support leadership with financial modeling and investment analysis.
• Reporting & Compliance
  – Review financial statements for IFRS compliance. Ensure adherence to ZATCA requirements (VAT, zakat, income tax). Prepare documentations for PIF listing.
• Forecasting &
  Budgeting

– Lead the development of the 2026 corporate budget. Provide forecasts and appropriations that reflect expected market conditions, operational costs, and revenue & profit targets.
- Accounting Restructuring
– Redesign and streamline the company's Chart of Accounts in preparation for
business units' expansion, PIF listing, and
ERP migration ensuring compatibility with Odoo modules.
- Team Development
– Evaluate the finance team's capabilities. Provide mentoring, identify skill gaps, and recommend capacity-building initiatives and trainings.
- Systems & Processes
– Recommend enhancements to ERP financial modules in Odoo. Strengthen internal controls, streamline AP/AR workflows, and improve treasury operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (Master's preferred).
• Experience as Chief Financial Officer is
  highly preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in finance, preferably in hospitality services.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, ZATCA regulations, and Saudi tax frameworks.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Odoo and Traacs) and advanced Excel skills.
• Professional certification (CFA, CPA, CMA) is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.

1. Expertise and knowledge in the Oracle Finance modules of Oracle Fusion.
