- Responsible for managing the implementation and execution of a completions and commissioning process.
- Responsible for the maintenance and development of the projects completions and commissioning procedures and system to ensure a high quality, efficient and cost-effective execution of the completions and commissioning process.
- Be fully conversant with the contract requirements of all contract with respect to the completions and commissioning delivery.
- Be fully conversant with the applicable Worley policies and procedures and ensure that the requirements relating to the completions and commissioning scope are properly implemented.
- To ensure that Worley Health, Safety, Environment and Security (HSES) and quality policy is understood and implemented by all staff that fall under the responsibility of the position
- To ensure that all project and scope achieve their objectives in respect of HSES, quality cost and schedule within the commissioning and completions process.
- Agree, establish and manage effective communication and co-ordination between all projects departments and discipline scopes with respect to the commissioning and completions process.
- Manage and report on the effectiveness of all commissioning and completions processes.
- To ensure that project commissioning and completions processes are realistically quantified and incorporated into the project budgets and planning systems.
- To ensure that the detailed interfaces between engineering and procurement deliverables fit a logical sequence that suits the completions and commissioning requirements.
- Ensure that with respect to the completions and commissioning scope risk assessments are carried out and that hazards are eliminated/minimised wherever possible. Where not possible ensure that personnel, environment, and property are suitably protected and that any residual risks are communicated to those likely to be exposed to the hazard. Responsible for establishing the commissioning and completions plan/s for the assigned project and associated work scopes.
- To also provide for and ensure that all supervised personnel are fully briefed in and implement their responsibilities. Ensure that appropriate commissioning and completions personnel are involved in engineering reviews and constructability activities.
- Ensure that within the assigned project and work scopes that the pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures are developed and that the split of responsibilities matrix is issued.
- Ensure that within the assigned project and work scopes that the process systems are defined to facilitate progressive handover of the plant to meet commissioning priorities.
- Providing strong leadership and skills transfer.
- Establishing productive working relationship with relevant internal and external stakeholders of all levels.
- Communicating effectively in a range of environments Developing and leveraging relationships for mutual benefit.
- Bachelor Degree in engineering or equivalent experience.

Role Summary:
Supervise structural installation and erection activities in beneficiation and assigned areas within the phosphoric acid plant. Manage crews, subcontractors, and ensure timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise steel erection, grouting, alignment, and welding.
Coordinate structural quality checks, NDT, and inspection schedule.
Ensure safe execution per HSE and engineering drawings.
Progress reporting to Construction Management lead.
Required Qualifications:
Relevant experience in structural supervision, especially mining/beneficiation for Phosphoric acid plant/ phosphate / fertilizer / petrochemical projects,
Familiar with large steel structures, crane operations, QA/QC procedures.
Strong leadership, HSE awareness, and blueprint reading skills.

Key Responsibilities:Supervision of Mechanical Installations:
- Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, piping, mechanical equipment, etc.).
- Ensure mechanical systems are installed according to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with other site supervisors and teams to ensure the proper installation sequence and minimize downtime.
Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of mechanical technicians, tradespeople, and subcontractors.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on site-specific safety procedures and best practices.
- Monitor the performance of mechanical team members and ensure tasks are completed to the required quality standards.
Quality Assurance:
- Perform inspections and quality checks on mechanical systems and components.
- Ensure that all work complies with relevant standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Report and document any issues, discrepancies, or quality concerns to the Project Manager.
Safety Compliance:
- Enforce strict adherence to safety standards and protocols, ensuring the safety of all personnel on the site.
- Conduct regular safety audits and toolbox talks.
- Ensure that all tools, equipment, and machinery are in good working order and meet safety requirements.
Scheduling & Coordination:
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules for mechanical works and ensure deadlines are met.

- Track and report on the progress of mechanical installations, highlighting any potential delays or issues.
Documentation and Reporting:

Budget and Cost Control:
- Assist in managing mechanical-related costs and expenses.

Problem-Solving:
- Identify and resolve mechanical issues or discrepancies that arise during construction.
- Provide solutions to technical challenges that may delay or hinder progress.
Education and Experience:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in mechanical supervision within the construction industry, ideally on large-scale projects.
- Previous experience with mechanical systems installation (HVAC, piping, plumbing) in commercial or industrial projects is highly preferred.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, construction processes, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in reading mechanical drawings, specifications, and project plans.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with construction scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is a plus.
- Valid construction site safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) are an advantage.

Support pre-commissioning and mechanical completion.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Years of relevant experience in mechanical supervision, preferably in large industrial or oil & gas projects.
Strong understanding of piping systems, mechanical equipment, and construction practices.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Role Summary
Coordinate receipt, verification, and approval of construction invoices across disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Review subcontractor/vendor invoices against contracts, timesheets, quantities.
- Interact with procurement, cost team, and accounts payable.
- Manage invoice tracking, approvals, and reporting.
- Relevant experience in project invoice management within EPCM environments.
