Key Responsibilities
+ Lead daily sales operations of Honeywell Smart Energy (SME) business in META to drive orders attainment.
+ Coordinate / partner with ISC organization to deliver revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
+ Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow sales, revenue, and profitability of the SME business in META
+ Drive overall pipeline to 2x of orders target including for NPI
+ Implement efficient MOS to drive laser sharp focus on orders, revenue growth and profitability

+ Define direct vs channels go to market strategy and ensure strict implementation of same. Own selection of right channels got respective product line.

+ Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.
+ Ensure the development of tactical projects / programs to achieve strategic goals and objectives for SME in META
+ Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to customers.
+ Lead key or targeted customer activities within the META region, build relationships with key stakeholders in the markets we serve.
+ Make key hiring decisions and oversee talent development programs for SME in META
+ Evaluate and decide upon key investments in infrastructure, equipment and other key projects in SME META.
+ Report key forecasts and results to management.
+ Engage with strategic marketing and Management to enhance strategic planning.
+ Developing talent and building a strong team
+ Formulate, drive and Own regional localization and / or partnerships programs to service the regional needs
+ Define and implement pricing strategy across all SME LOBs in the region and partner closely with the pricing leader

+ Bachelor's Degree in Management, Sales or Engineering (Master's degree or MBA preferred)

**Reporting Relationships**
The position will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer for Building Automation Middle East Turkey Africa
The Senior Strategic Marketing Leader is responsible for leading, managing and directing all of the marketing related activities. He/she will work with the leadership team to identify, document and execute a growth strategy for the business. This growth strategy will be developed through extensive market & vertical analysis, expert use of Voice of the Customer discussions to discern customer segments, economics (willingness to pay and cost to serve), competitive dynamics, choosing target segments, development of all go-to-market approaches including channel, positioning, pricing and promotion. The successful candidate will coordinate with other functions including, offering management, sales excellence, customer marketing, and business leaders for each target segment, to develop and execute the business' strategic plan. This person will also work with the business and functional leaders on all strategic and implementation programs related to the marketing function.
The successful candidate will work closely with the field sales organization, key distributors, internal executives, and key business partners to maximize the growth, development and return on investment of the organization's product portfolio today and in the future.
