Job Purpose
This Position exists to plan, control and monitor the execution of electrical related project tasks efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.
Key Accountability Areas
•Perform erection, testing and commissioning of Power / Distribution transformers at site and factory.
•Perform trouble shooting, maintenance & testing of power / distribution transformers.
•Inspect transformer upon arrival and perform necessary tests.
•Check the availability of all the accessories for the transformer.
•Checking of the impact recorders and collecting the data’s from them.
•Check the requirements of crane or other equipments for the assembly or disassembly of the transformer at sites / factory.
•Perform the routine electrical tests of transformer in factory and at site as per the International standards
•Perform the low voltage electrical tests at the site.
•Planning of the day to day site activities for the timely completion of the job
•Perform the erection of the transformer accessories, vacuuming, oil filtration as per the laid down quality procedures
•Perform in process testing of transformer during the various stages of repair/manufacturing
•Co-ordinate with marketing, planning and the customer for the gate passes / work permits etc for the execution of the jobs.
•Ensure best practices are followed for the testing of Power and Distribution transformers.

Accountabilities
- Receives blood and body fluid samples at the lab reception and starts the pre-analytical processing of the samples.
- Performs daily checks on equipment to ensure its safety and correct operability.
- Performs all analytical processes on the hematology, biochemistry, serology and hormone lab machines.
- Performs daily quality control tests on regents
- Analyzes blood cells by counting and identifying cells, using microscopic techniques and procedures.
- Performs microscopic preparation and examination of urine and stools.
- Maintains laboratory supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Conserves laboratory resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
- Informs medical staff of critical test results.
- Prepares reports of technological findings by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control and hazardous waste policies and procedures.
- Maintains patient confidence and protects the hospital by keeping information confidential.

JOB DETAILS
Division: Power Elements (PWE) Operations
Group: O&M PWE – Wind
Reports To: Wind – Operations Supervisor
Liaise/Cooperate With: O&M, Control Room in SS and GHE Load Station, OEM-Envision, AP-EPC
POSITION SUMMARY
Wind – Field Operators shall be responsible for performing all day-to-day field operational activities of 1.7 GW windfarm at Neom Green Hydrogen Plant. The core objective shall be to ensure smooth and efficient operation, keeping into account the electricity requirements of green hydrogen-based ammonia production facility sited in NEOM, while always prioritizing the safety of personnel and asset.
NATURE & SCOPE
The main functions of this position are:
- Perform field operations inline with O&M Manual, standard operating procedures and OEM Recommendations.
- Monitor and report the plant parameters in accordance with the log sheets.
- Carry out daily electrical maintenance work and routine preventative electrical maintenance work according to set schedule and maintenance procedures.
- Support in fault data analysis and assessment of data from Condition Monitoring System.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES
- Review start-up procedures, energization & de-energization sequence and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in system start-up testing, performance testing and coordination with GHE for dispatch.
- Perform safe and efficient operations inline with O&M Manual, SOPs, OEM Recommendations while adhering to integrated control philosophy of NGHP.
- Responsible to support in generating the preliminary incident report for any plant incident within the stipulate time.
- Record and maintain the system fault/incident log properly and verify corrective action perform by maintenance team against each incident either through CMMS system or manual.
- Monitor parameters and enter periodic readings in log sheets.
- Ensure proper handover of the shift to reliver with details of all activities related to shift / ongoing.
- Responsible to respond on time for any emergency callout requirements.
- Familiar with plant maintenance philosophy to support the O&M practices wherever required.
- Perform, coordinate and ensure PTW / LOTO implementation as per the procedure for maintenance.
- Restoration and normalization of the system after completion / cancellation of work permit.
- Participate actively in emergency response plan as per approved ERP.
- Participate / assist in preparing task risk assessment and job safety analysis.
- Initiate changes in operating philosophy and procedures to ensure more safer and efficient operations.
- Strictly follow the Change Management procedure and perform the roles as assigned under the procedure.
- Support in interpreting data from Condition Monitoring System and fault-data analytics, where possible.
- Ensure strict compliance with environmental & social management system and communication to HSE and Operation Management for any near-misses, incidents, accidents and non-conformance reporting.
- Participate in classroom / on-job / refresher trainings.
- Always ensure the proper use of PPE and other safety equipment, as provided in safety manual.
- Coordinate activities with other departments and staff as needed.
- Perform other operational duties as assigned.
SKILLS / TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AREAS:
- Hands-on in field operations of Wind Turbines, HV / MV Substation equipment
- Basic understanding and concept of maintenance activities of windfarm
- Awareness of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Management system principles
- Knowledge of managing HSE emergencies
- Good decision making, analytical and technical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills as well as a focus on efficiency and effectiveness
- Good organization, prioritization, and time management skills to monitor and handle complex tasks in a dynamic environment

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Associate’s Diploma in Electrical with 3+ years’ experience in maintenance of utility-scale wind power plants with minimum size of 50 MW
- High School with experience with 5+ years’ experience in maintenance of utility-scale wind power plants with minimum size of 50 MW

Role Summary:
You are responsible for supervising field personnel, administering good construction safety practices and communicating effectively with all on-site activities ensuring that all our operations run smoothly and well-organized. You will deal with various construction activities and maintain good communication with supervision and project management teams.
What you will need to do:
- Prepare environmental related project plans and documents (e.g. CEMP specialized sub plans), risk assessments, incident reports, inspection reports, Client weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, internal monthly reports etc.
- Coordinate with third party consultants for implementing the environmental monitoring of the project as well as organizing environmental monitoring that can be done in house.
- Performregular inspections, and audits etc. to identify compliance including recommendations for corrective or preventive action where appropriate.
- Coordinate with the Client forall relevant environmental requirements of the project.
What you will need to have:
- A formal Tertiary Education (University/College) qualification in Environmental Management, Environmental Science, or an Environmental related subject
- Minimum 7-10 years’ total experience in construction projects with at least 2 years as an Environmental Manager.
- Marine construction experience is essential (i.e. causeways, breakwaters, etc.)
- Ecology background (either as part of his studies or as part of his previous experience) is a must.
- Strong experience in preparingenvironmental related project plans and documents (e.g. CEMP specialized subplans), risk assessments etc.
- Familiarization with specialized environmental monitoring programs (e.g. sea water and sediment quality, surveys on corals, seagrasses, mangroves, migratory birds, turtles, marine mammals, real time water monitoring stations etc.)
- Experience in performing regular environmentalinspections and audits.
- Previous KSA experience is preferred

- Review forecast with the Project Manager/Engineering Leadership Team
- Produce all monthly/quarterly reporting slides for the project financials
- Minimum 10 years’ project cost control experience.
- Sound knowledge, proven skills and competencies in application of project cost control principles, methodologies and tools, supporting all phases of project execution, especially around Project Cost Control, Forecasting and Reporting, within a large project-oriented EPC or Owner Organization.
- Must be able to deliver accurate cost information, reporting and guidance to management.
- Previous SAP and Ecosys experience essential.
- Experience within an Oil & Gas, Chemical processing or related business and equivalent projects a further benefit.
- Proven skills and experience of cost control of projects on global basis, including performing foreign currency analysis, assessing currency risk exposures, advising Treasury of currency requirements and changes, supporting projects executed by multiple engineering offices, and understanding intercompany project ramifications.
- Understanding of a variety of project types, structures and contract terms. This includes sale of gas (SOG), third party sale of equipment (SOE), joint ventures, capital, and cost sharing type arrangements.
- Commercial and technical acumen, detailed working knowledge of project cost controls tools and systems.
- Proven skills in cost control, estimating, quantity surveying coupled with a working knowledge of project management, business development and finance.
