Reimagine What’s Possible
The position of Senior EHS Manager is a permanent salary position within the NEOM Air Products Project Execution Team. This position will report to the Head of EHS and Project Execution Director and will manage the project construction and commissioning EHS program.
The Senior EHS Manager will ensure that all EHS targets are met or exceeded during the Construction & Commissioning phases of the project. Deputize for the Head of EHS when required.
This is a site-based role.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Experience and Skills:
- 20+ years of EH&S experience in petrochemical/oil & gas industry with at least 10 years in a managerial role.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in EPC role and in liaising and working with Clients and Sub-Contractor Management teams.
- Strong experience in Permit-to-Work and Permit-to-Start-Work processes.
- Strong technical competence in Construction and Commissioning Safety, supported by a thorough knowledge of international standards for management of EHS and Risk.
- High level of knowledge and experience in incident and crisis management in remote locations.
- Results oriented.
- Ability to understand the impact of decisions/changes on project EHS risks and overall project success.
- Overseeing the assessment and expedient reporting of incidents to determine immediate actions and implementation of learnings.
- Experience in investigating incidents, either leading or facilitating.
- Ability to develop an EHS culture that empowers the workforce to deliver EHS performance and demonstrate competency to deliver World Class Safety on a construction site.
- Demonstrate leadership, integrity, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong passion and commitment to employee involvement, team building, diversity, and inclusion.

- Energy, drive, and determination to build high-performance safety management and lead the Site Team to deliver results.

- Bachelor degree in Occupational Health & Safety, or relevant engineering discipline.
- Incident investigation qualification (Tap Root, Sologic RCA, or similar). Experience as Lead Auditor for ISO 14001 & ISO 45001, with extensive auditing experience. Emergency response management qualification is a plus.
