Job Description
She/he is in charge and responsible for the daily food production in her/his outlet and has to ensure top-quality products, as per the Hotel standards.

• Ensure that standard recipes and plating guides are followed at all times in her/his outlet.
• Provide the Sous Chef with daily market list for her/his outlet and personally control all goods received to guarantee quality and quantity.
• Provide the Executive Chef with recipes and costing as per the requirements.
• Assist and propose to the Sous Chef and Executive Chef special Food Promotions, Events, and other Food-related activities for her/his outlet.
• Assist the Executive Chef in developing new cuisine concepts.
• Ensure implementation and maintenance of standards of food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Assist in menu planning and costing.
• Ensure good physical upkeep, condition of equipment & utensils in all kitchens & coordinate with Engineering for repairs and maintenance.
• Organize work within all kitchen sections, including assignments, schedules, and vacations.
• Ensure all raw materials received are of high quality, as per standards and specifications.
• Communicate with Outlet Supervisors daily to ensure all food items sent to outlets are well explained.
• Recommend system and procedure changes to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure prompt and accurate service by kitchen staff to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to organizational rules and regulations.
• Recommend menu changes.
• Ensure the availability of raw ingredients through proper planning, requisitioning, and storage.

Qualifications
HACCP: Full compliance with HACCP standards and certification.

To prepare the detailed factory weekly/monthly Production plan based upon available forecast /actual sales order requirements.
Produce Master Production Schedule to establish effective utilization of the processing assets.
Monitor plan through its cycle communicating where necessary any changes to the respective departments.
Review machine performances and recommended changes to run rates in conjunction with the processing and manufacturing departments.
Ensure all agreed service levels are achieved to both internal and external customers.
Communicate any exceptions promptly to allow for alternative supply.

Responsibilities
Provide practical plan at daily production meeting which meets the order fulfilment requirements and report on plan fulfilment from previous production day
Ensure 100% optimization of processing equipment.
Minimise Non- conformance and concessions by ensuring every filling plan adhering to the norms and standard outlined by standard operating procedures.
Ensure farming meet agreed planned weights/volumes and raise any variances directly
Maximise plan fulfilment through plan that matches incoming raw material to labour/equipment utilisation in factory
Ensure packaging requirements are sufficient to fulfil daily plan and immediately flag up any potential variances to FM/Senior Stock Controller
Where bird weights/volumes from farming vary liaise with sales/PM to agree change to orders

Activities
Prepare the detailed Processing plan based upon sales requirements, promotional requirements, and raw material supply and company inventory guidelines.
Develop a weekly schedule that utilizes labour, material and machinery in a efficient and cost conscious manner.
Liaise with supply planning team to ensure raw materials or components are available in a timelymanner required for production and adjust plans and schedules as necessary.
Use short term interval controls to flag up any variances to production team on a 2 hourly basis to keep plan in line
Coordinate and communicate all plans, schedules, changes and modifications to appropriate personnel in the supply planning and production departments.
Report and review machine performance with the Team Members &relevant management using a system of key indicators.
Where variances/shortages to order will occur liase communicate to sales directly
Controlling, monitoring and planning of production to ensure efficient & timely delivery, distraction of poultry products for picking and loading.
Liaise with Production team to maximise production schedules based on available manpower.
Maintain excellent team-oriented working relationships among all Poultry employees.
Maintain Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines and behaviours.
Processing Planner has to cover for Senior Planning Officer in case of holidays.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.

• Supervising, coordinating, and participating in the preparation of mise en place cooking for all F&B outlets.

Job Description

As the Marketing & Communications Manager for the pre-opening phase of SLS The Red Sea , you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering the brand’s marketing vision tailored to the Saudi market. You will lead all marketing, branding, public relations, and communication initiatives to create strong brand awareness and excitement ahead of the resort’s launch. This role requires a dynamic, culturally aware professional with a deep understanding of the Saudi luxury hospitality market and an ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning

• Develop and execute a targeted marketing plan focused on the Saudi market, aligned with the global SLS brand standards and the unique positioning of The Red Sea resort.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand coherence.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and consumer trends specific to Saudi Arabia.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, tailored to engage the Saudi luxury segment.
  
  

• Manage all communications and PR activities within Saudi Arabia to build strong media relations and foster positive brand reputation.
• Oversee press releases, media kits, and content creation ensuring culturally appropriate messaging.
• Coordinate with local influencers, media, and partners to maximize brand visibility.
• Prepare internal and external communication materials for key stakeholders and guests.
  
  

• Partner closely with pre-opening teams including Sales, Operations, and People & Culture to align marketing efforts with overall launch goals.
• Support the development of promotional events, brand activations, and experiential campaigns in Saudi Arabia.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  
  

• Lead and mentor local marketing staff and external agencies to ensure delivery excellence.
• Work directly with government entities, tourism boards, and local partners to secure necessary approvals and partnerships.
• Act as the primary marketing liaison for the Saudi market during the pre-opening phase.
  
  

• Saudi national (in line with local employment policies).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing and communications experience in luxury hospitality or related industries.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi market, culture, media landscape, and consumer behavior.
• Proven experience managing brand campaigns and PR activities in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong digital marketing skills, including social media strategy and content creation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional pre-opening environment.
