**Main responsibilities**
- Gather feature requests and collect product feedback from different internal and external sources
- Identify product gaps and schedule releases accordingly
- Define AlGooru’s agile methodology taking into consideration users’ feedback and results

**Strategy Planning, Budgeting, and Roadmap Tracking**
- Set the Product department’s objectives and KPIs in alignment with the company’s vision
- Suggest creative recommendations to expand the product base, verticals, and vision
- Identify opportunities that lead the growth of products through innovation while still maintaining the fundamental business goals and priorities
- Identify product staffing needs and participate in the recruitment process when necessary
- Manage and meet with external and internal stakeholders (Leads, BOD, external parties. )
- Delegate tasks to the Product team and make sure they're all aligned
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the product division
**Develop Product Requirements**
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Build and groom a product backlog
- Lead planning sessions and prioritize work based on user requirements, product strategy, and business effect, as well as monitor and communicate progress
- Work closely with the Tech team and UI/UX Designer teams to determine technical solutions and user experience workflows to help users achieve outcomes
**Collect and Analyze User Reviews**
- Gaining a deep understanding of our users’ experience, requirements, and preferences
- Gather feedback about our product by reaching out and interviewing our users using engaging tools and strategies
- Incorporate feedback and input from students & tutors and in-house teams on product strategy
**Manage Sprints and Schedule Releases**
- Liaise with Head of Technology to coordinate updates and release dates
- Coordinate sprints with the tech team and delegate tasks accordingly
**Market Research and Continuous Development**
- Keep track of and analyze the Competitor’s performance to suggest technological innovations
- Keep up to date on technology trends and their impact on the product roadmap (tools, software, integrations.)
- Keep informed of market pricing, competitor innovations, customer requirements
**Requirements**:
**Experience needed**
- Experience in designing innovative, strategic products focused on client needs in the Ed-tech industry
- Experience in product management and/or strategic planning in complex/matrix environments
- Customer-centric mindset with the capability of translating that into the product development process
- In-depth understanding of user experience and design
- Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- A strong strategic and business mindset
- Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
- Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines

**Purpose of the Job**:
Continuously work with the local Commercial /Sales team in the country along with the Freight operations team to explore opportunities to grow revenue, achieve the profitability of the specific freight product, closely work with freight operations to improve the quality of the service and reducing the freight operating cost
**Typical duties included are but not limited to**:
- Coordinate with the Country Manager to set the products yearly targets.
- Achieve the set product target
- Agree with the Country manager on a sales and pricing strategy for the product.
- Communicate to the Commercial sales and pricing strategy to the freight specialist and ensure they abide by it.
- Develop effective sales and communication materials that will enhance the development of the product in the marketplace.
- Coordinate with the Regional Commercial Manager and Regional Freight Operations Manager on all strategic decisions, Strong buying power to set up consolidations in local country and to work Operational throughput and updates needed
- Report the status of the product to the country manager and to the regional team on a monthly basis.
- Train and support the local freight specialist with the support of Regional team and ensure that they are selling the product effectively.
- Visit the local station clients with the commercial team on a regular basis and include the Regional commercial manager whenever required. This is especially important when the client has a special project and requires the expertise of the product manager.
- Help the freight specialist resolve any operational related problem.
- Provide the Country Manager and the commercial team with effective market data. This may include information about the competition, upcoming projects, product statistics and product profitability reports, etc.
- Participate in product exhibitions where his potential customers visiting or participating.
- Strive to continuously learn about the product and transfer this knowledge to the Country Manager and the freight specialist teams.
- Negotiate the best rates with the airlines, trucking agencies and other suppliers.

- Bachelor Degree in any related filed
