The Senior Performance Manager leads performance monitoring, analyses operational metrics, and drives improvements to meet the Employer's objectives. Candidates should possess a degree in Business or Operations Management, at least 15 years of experience in performance management, and demonstrate strong analytical and decision-making skills.

They shall ensure that each O&M Contractor meets their contractual requirements in terms of operational performance. They will also have experience in operations planning for a driverless metro and will be responsible for tracking and analysing deviations from targeted performance levels, ensuring that O&M Contractors propose and successfully implement corrective measures.

They are responsible for measuring each O&M Contractor's KPI performance and must be capable of evaluating and adjusting performance where and when required. The Senior Performance Manager shall also be responsible for monitoring, auditing, and reporting on the KPI regime.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance & KPI Oversight:

• Lead the monitoring and analysis of operational performance across all Metro services.
• Ensure that each O&M Contractor meets contractual performance requirements.
• Track and analyse deviations from targeted performance metrics.
• Measure and audit the performance of each O&M Contractor against defined KPIs.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Corrective Action Management:

• Ensure that O&M Contractors propose and implement effective corrective measures.
• Evaluate the impact of corrective actions and adjust strategies as needed.
• Take accountability for review of the RAMS analysis.

Data & Digital Systems:

• Take responsibility for revieing and analyzing data.
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of data.
• Prepare detailed dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure cyber integrity for the digital systems.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure alignment on performance goals.
• Support performance-related workshops and reviews with the Employer and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in performance management, preferably in the rail or metro sector.

1. Job Purpose:

a) NEOM-the Line programme will grow and evolve and become the largest capital project world-wide. The Programme aims to challenge the "status-quo" with the intention of delivering a real meaningful change such that NEOM is referenced as world class and world leader is numerous areas. d) Packages of scope will be designated by the Module Design Director/Lead Design Director, these could be both standard and bespoke packages within the Marina modules with high levels complexity and value in a fast-track environment. 3. Role Of Department

Delivery of the Marina Modules - end to end responsibility for schedule, cost, and quality from Design Stage 3A to handover to meet current and future commitments and to maximize opportunities. Moreover, Lead Design Manager has a critical role in assisting the Early Works Package (EWP) Team to manage the Design Consultants that is delivering the design for the EWP as well.

4. Responsibilities

a) Manage the Design Consultants in their delivery of the design package for the Early Works Package for the Marina Modules.

b) Review the Design Packages issued by the Design Consultants to ensure that these packages meet the SOW with clear Audit process.

c) Ensure coordination between the EWP Teams and the respective Design Consultants to continuously resolve issues with clear solutions to move the design process forward.

d) Ensure each design packages are delivered on-time to ensure the Construction Team progress construction without delay.

We now seek to recruit a FM Supervisor to oversee all building-related activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning. The ideal candidate will be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs. Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm, firefighting, suppression, and life safety systems.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, Civil Defense, OSHA, and local authority regulations.
• Oversee corrective actions and troubleshooting of fire protection systems to minimize downtime and risks.
• Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and fire drills across facilities.
• Prepare documentation and reports required for Civil Defense inspections, certifications, and renewals.
• Support the implementation of FM department's health, safety, and sustainability policies.
• Maintain accurate records of system testing, incidents, permits, and compliance certificates.
• Report deficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities to Facilities Management leadership.
• Contribute to business continuity and emergency preparedness.
• Monitor and Supervise FLS Specialists and ensure that delivering the necessary services as per contract agreement with Clients
• Well Experience in LOTO, Isolation permits, Integrations process, and ensure all area is well protected without any risks.
• CMMS Experience is required (Maximo)

Qualification/Certification

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Certification in Fire Safety (NFPA, NEBOSH Fire, Civil Defense License, or equivalent) required.
• 5-8 years of experience in Fire & Life Safety, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in Facilities Management or large-scale buildings.
• In-depth knowledge of NFPA standards, Civil Defense requirements, and international fire codes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to respond effectively during emergencies and high-pressure situations.
