Comply with all ARM/NOV company QA and HSE policies and procedures.

The Senior Performance Manager leads performance monitoring, analyses operational metrics, and drives improvements to meet the Employer's objectives. Candidates should possess a degree in Business or Operations Management, at least 15 years of experience in performance management, and demonstrate strong analytical and decision-making skills.

They shall ensure that each O&M Contractor meets their contractual requirements in terms of operational performance. a) NEOM-the Line programme will grow and evolve and become the largest capital project world-wide. 4. Responsibilities

a) Manage the Design Consultants in their delivery of the design package for the Early Works Package for the Marina Modules.

b) Review the Design Packages issued by the Design Consultants to ensure that these packages meet the SOW with clear Audit process.

  • Supervise daily inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm, firefighting, suppression, and life safety systems.
  • Ensure compliance with NFPA, Civil Defense, OSHA, and local authority regulations.
  • Oversee corrective actions and troubleshooting of fire protection systems to minimize downtime and risks.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and fire drills across facilities.
  • Prepare documentation and reports required for Civil Defense inspections, certifications, and renewals.

  • Contribute to business continuity and emergency preparedness.
  • Monitor and Supervise FLS Specialists and ensure that delivering the necessary services as per contract agreement with Clients
  • Well Experience in LOTO, Isolation permits, Integrations process, and ensure all area is well protected without any risks.
  • CMMS Experience is required (Maximo)


Qualification/Certification
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Certification in Fire Safety (NFPA, NEBOSH Fire, Civil Defense License, or equivalent) required.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Fire & Life Safety, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in Facilities Management or large-scale buildings.
  • In-depth knowledge of NFPA standards, Civil Defense requirements, and international fire codes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to respond effectively during emergencies and high-pressure situations.
