Responsibilities
- Oversee the Design Consultant's work on the design of mobility and logistics networks within the city.
- Provide technical guidance to Design Consultants through regular review meetings and formal requests for information.
- Serve as the single point of contact for technical issues between the Design Consultant and NEOM's wider functions, sectors, and departments.
- Lead design reviews of technical deliverables, ensuring compliance with THE LINE Codes, Standards, Guidelines, and Requirements.
- Promote consistency in design solutions across THE LINE.
- Identify key risks and document them in the Risk Register, initiating mitigation discussions.
- Escalate high-risk design issues to the appropriate Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Foster innovation and best practices in the design delivery of appointed consultants.
- Integrate considerations for innovation, sustainability, and operations and maintenance into the design process.
Core Requirements
- Degree and/or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field of study, or equivalent.
- Chartered Membership of a recognized professional institution/organization or Professional Engineer status is preferred.
- Minimum of 20 years of professional experience, with a significant portion in mobility and logistics networks design.
- Exposure to the Middle East is advantageous.
- Strong international presence in the mobility and logistics networks discipline.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Codes, Standards, and Guidelines related to mobility and logistics networks in urban environments.

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Programme Director, the Procurement, Cost and Commercial Director is responsible for the management of the procurement, cost and commercial activities of the PMC.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Procurement
- Directs and manages the evaluation process for all tendered projects in the Programme.
- Leads the evaluation team made up of PMC Pre-contracts support staff, Project Controls staff preparing tender financial analysis and design consultant evaluation team.
- Manages the delivery of the evaluation reports within the agreed time.
- Produces the written report and associated cover letters and paper for representation to the client.
- Interface with the Main Project Steering Committee.
- Responsibilities for which includes production of evaluation documents to aid the approval process.

Structural Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all structural engineering activities for the transportation project during the pre-construction and construction phases. Experience in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) and railway projects is required. This role is crucial for ensuring the construction meets all safety, quality, and structural standards are met.
Requirements
The Sitewide Director will be a qualified professional who is currently working at Director Level and is capable of providing planning, leadership, direction and technical expertise to manage complex tasks and multidisciplinary projects. They must have a minimum qualification BSc, BEng, BA or equivalent, have Chartered status and more than 20 years experience with 7 years being similar to this project/role.
The Sitewide Director will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing AtkinsRealis reputation with our clients and developing effective long term client relationships thus identifying and developing new opportunities for the Group.
- A qualified professional who is currently working at Director Level and is capable of providing planning, leadership, direction and technical expertise to manage complex tasks and multidisciplinary projects.
- Must have a minimum qualification as BSc, BEng or equivalent. Advanced degree and Chartered status are preferrable.
- 20 years+ experience with 7 years being similar to this project/role within KSA.
- Experience with large scale construction operations, management of multiple contracts, particularly enabling works, infrastructure, landscape and public realm highly desirable for this mega project in additional to building assets.
- Highly articulate, experienced in reporting and communication to senior executives.

Principle Activities
- Manage a multi functional site supervision and PMC/Construction Management team responsible for delivering a large number of varied mixed use, cultural assets, commercial and infrastructure projects in accordance with the Client's requirements.
- Manage key stakeholder interfaces which will include all departments within the Client organisation as well as other government departments.
- Overall construction management and control.
- Monitor contractors for compliance with their contractual responsibilities.
- Monitor progress of the construction for compliance with schedule.
- Ensure delivery of projects to time, cost and quality and ensuring highest standards of Health & Safety are achieved.
- Ensure resources are appropriate to meet current and future commitments and to maximise opportunities.
- Must be forward thinking and experienced in running large, multi-disciplined site teams.
