Responsibilities
- Adhere to and implement AtkinsRéalis internal HSE management system requirements and procedures for AtkinsRéalis site team.
- Adhere to project HSE requirements and implement this to AtkinsRéalis team.
- Monitor the compliance of all WSA staff with the applicable safety standards and company's procedures and bring to the attention of the Project Manager any safety violations by WSA site team for their further action.
- Monitor, assess and report on Contractor and Sub Contractors HSE compliance with the project HSE requirements as per the Contract and HSE legislation / best practice
- Immediately bring to the attention of the AtkinsRéalis PM the critical and outstanding safety issues for their further actions.
- Conduct and co-ordinate regular safety training for WSA staff.
- Carry out daily site HSE tours with Contractor HSE staff and highlight findings.
- Issue Safety Enforcement Notices (SEN) as per applicable AtkinsRéalis SEN procedure.
- Follow up with the Contractor on outstanding HSE issues, including SEN's and ensuring prompt closure with adequate evidence of compliance.
- Review and comment of the Contractors HSE Plans. Advise the Contractor to update the site safety plan when necessary.
- Review and comment on Contractors risk assessments and work method statements.
- Develop and update AtkinsRéalis HSE documents (the Safety File), e.g. HSE Plan, HSE specific site risk assessment, office risk assessment, office fire risk assessment, etc.
- Conduct accident and incident investigations for AtkinsRéalis staff.
- Compile accident report and incident statistics.
- Chair weekly safety meetings where required with the Contractor and other parties as necessary. Issue MOM on time (within 48 hours). Report any outstanding and critical safety issues or lack of action by the Contractor in the weekly progress meetings.
- Prepare and maintain AtkinsRéalis HSE registers, e.g. training, induction, SEN, inspection reports, accident/Incident, and others as required.
- Report any accident on site immediately to AtkinsRéalis UAE Health and Safety Manager and Line Manager.
- Communicate, coordinate and seek any advice from AtkinsRéalis UAE Health and Safety Manager as required.
- On major issues, prior to issuing Safety Enforcement Notices - Prohibition Notice.
- Monitor the Contractor's compliance with UAE Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) legislation and Contractors HSE Plan and report and follow up any breaches.
- Liaise with the Employer, Contractors and the Site Supervision Team and report status of safety issues.
- Liaise with contractors' Project Managers, Construction Managers and Safety Managers to improve safety provisions.
- Prepare regular weekly, monthly and other reports as required on safety matters for issue to the Employer and Project Manager.
- Ensure that relevant safety measures have been put in place for AtkinsRéalis Engineers & Inspectors and provide training as and when require.
- Co-ordinate safety-related activities for AtkinsRéalis team and mentor regularly.
- Carry out inductions for AtkinsRéalis site staff.

Qualification & Certification:
- With a minimum 12 years of experience in HSE
- Minimum HSE qualifications with NEBOSH Diploma/IGC.
- Lead auditor course ( ISO45001 and ISO14001).
- Professional membership from IIRSM/IOSH is preferred.

Your mission
As HSE Engineer in our Thermal Generation department, you will play a key role in ensuring that health, safety, environmental, and security standards are implemented and maintained at all stages of large Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) and Thermal Power Plant projects. You will be part of the Owner's Engineer (OE) team supervising the EPC Contractor's work, ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabian and international HSE regulations, and fostering a culture of safety on site.
Your key responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor the EPC Contractor's implementation of HSE procedures on site.
- Review HSE statistics, weekly and monthly HSE reports submitted by the Contractor.
- Identify and address any non-compliance or unsafe acts, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to verify compliance with safety, environmental, and security standards.

3. Objective/ Purpose Of The Job:
Internal Control Department (DCI) steers ENGIE's Internal Control process and practices within Finance function and coordinates internal control process for non-finance functions. Objective is to provide reasonable assurance to the Group's governance bodies over:
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations and compliance with internal policies,

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Commercial Manager specializing in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems to lead commercial operations on high-value construction or infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, cost control, and procurement, with at least 10 years of dedicated commercial experience in MEP works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all commercial aspects of MEP packages across the project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost plans for MEP works.
- Oversee contract administration, including claims, variations, and dispute resolution.
- Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project specifications.

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the VP's Office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
