JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Strong knowledge in Fidelio, Opera, Micros, PC. LAN. and other applications widely used in hospitality business.
  • Have Excellent English communication skills both in written and spoken
  • Posses professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skill.

Owning Organization: GDC Middle East and S3 Arabia

Description: Responsible for performing duties as an Instructor Pilot in the AH-64E Series Aircraft and supporting simulation device(s). Conduct qualification, refresher, readiness level, mission, and continuation training and evaluation of customer and pilots in accordance with US Army Aviation Aircrew Training Manual (ATM) requirements. Conduct academic and hands-on performance training and administer evaluations to ensure pilot proficiency and standardization of training. Responsible for maintaining Individual Aircrew Training Folder (IATF) and completing required training, currency, and readiness entries. Conducts AH-64E Series Aircraft specific ground school instruction in a classroom environment, providing basic instrument instruction in the aircraft and flight training device(s), and performing flight training duties in contact, instrument, gunnery, and combat skills training to US Army standards IAW government approved ATM, CMP, and POI requirements. Instruction may include any combination of Individual or Group instruction in an academic classroom environment and or aircraft or simulator.

Qualifications

  • FAA Pilot License
  • Minimum 500 flight hours as an instructor pilot in AH-64E Series Aircraft
  • Minimum 1,000 total flight hours.
  • FAA Class II physical

Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain a Saudi Work Visa.

Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will be a part of the pre-sales team within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will be working with Group-IB clients to deliver deployment and customization of solutions at the Customer’s site. As a technical advisor to the client, you will make sure of successful solutions’ functioning and sales support to the team.

YOUR MISSION:

  • Build strategic relationships with various internal stakeholders including field sales, channel partners, and other pre-sales professionals, engineering teams, and marketing to drive, generate and support business development activities.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities including, but not be limited to, conducting Proof of Concepts (PoC), scoping & architecting solutions including HLD, LLD, building BOQ, writing proposals, delivering product specific presentations, technical training & seminars for channel partners and clients.
  • Provide strong client engagement as a trusted advisor to understand technical & business objectives and mapping them with Group-IB’s products
  • Define and manage client expectations regarding the outcomes and deliverables of proposed services and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key technical decision makers and influencers within the target customers this include but not limited to presenting and articulating our value proposition to customers at all levels within the organization both technical and business audience (including C-levels)
  • Preparation of project documentation, including the sales bid process by responding to complex RFIs & RFPs.
  • Elaboration with customers of the product implementation architecture.
  • Project Management and control of pre-sale activities.
  • A major focus will be on XDR and Threat Intelligence, and other regional deals related to Group-IB products portfolio and its combination.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Account Manager to oversee Classera’s relationships with key clients in the enterprise education sector in Riyadh. This includes large private school groups, higher education institutions, education investors, and foundations involved in large-scale educational transformation projects. You will manage the full customer lifecycle—driving adoption, expansion, satisfaction, and retention.

This role requires a strong understanding of digital education solutions, client relationship management, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic education accounts in Riyadh.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school group executives, university administrators, academic leadership, and IT decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular account reviews, performance updates, and executive briefings.

Client Growth & Retention

  • Identify opportunities for account expansion, including upselling new modules, content, licenses, and professional services.
  • Manage contract renewals and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and platform engagement.
  • Work cross-functionally with implementation and customer success teams to ensure client success and value realization.

Solution Alignment & Advisory

  • Understand client objectives and align Classera’s solutions to support their strategic educational goals (digital transformation, personalization, analytics, teacher training, etc.).
  • Stay updated on trends in education technology and provide clients with insights and recommendations.

Reporting & Territory Oversight

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM, including activity logs, forecasts, and account plans.
  • Provide regular updates to sales leadership on key account health, opportunities, and risks.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market dynamics within the Riyadh education sector.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • 3–5 years of experience in account management or enterprise sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or educational consulting.
  • Proven experience managing large education accounts or institutional clients.
  • Strong understanding of the education ecosystem in Riyadh and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English; excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems, digital content platforms, or student information systems is a plus.
  • Saudi national.
