Basic Function
The Associate Health Promotion Advisor, under the direction of the Health Promotion Advisor will promote healthy behavior by facilitating teaching and motivational interviewing for JHAH registrants and the community. The Associate Health Promotion Advisor must have a clear understanding of the targeted population it serves, and follow both JHAH and MOH policies as indicated. She/he will utilize evidence-based Population Health Management strategies to facilitate health promotion and disease prevention programs.
Scope
The Health Promotor is responsible for the development and implementation of health promotion activities, programs and interventions for the JHAH target population. This position will primarily work with JHAH contracted network providers, JHAH and may include other collaborative agencies such as Ministry of Health, Kingdom-wide when directed.
Principal Contacts
**INTERNAL**: Daily with Supervisor, and periodic with Population Health personnel having dealings with the individual or group assigned to receive and give information.
**EXTERNAL**: Occasional with Saudi Aramco departments, Medical designated facilities, community agencies and Ministry of Health organizations.
Principal Duties
Learns and applies technical knowledge regarding population health, social determinants of health, and epidemiology
Assists in conducting community and situational assessments.
Collects information to support identification of emerging issues and incorporates relevant findings into recommendations and interventions.
Assist in development and implementation of health promotion programs following evidence-based program planning and evaluation tools.
Assists in Conducting health promotion programs, education for JHAH population/Saudi Aramco beneficiaries
Ensures that issues of diversity, ethnicity, language and culture are reflected in execution of Health Promotion Strategies
Synthesizes Population Health trends and findings into visual or written communication products and presentations
Prepares and delivers presentations and represents organization at meetings and conferences.
Translate scientific language and concepts into clear, simple and understandable language for population served to maximize potential for taking reasonable action.
Assist in preparation in detailed documentation, reports and statistical analyses.
Participates in development of health promotion material and other tools that encourage healthy lifestyle decisions.
Travel to service locations as assigned.
Utilize media and information technologies such as social media and websites to communicate with JHAH, provider networks and community.
Be able to follow legislation and internal policies and procedures
Communicate with diverse population in culturally

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Promotion/Education or related health sciences
Experience
Up to 2 years of health promotion experience preferred.
Certifications/Other requirements as applicable
Aptitude for understanding health promotion concepts and analyses.
Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
Able to listen well, accurately communicate ideas, and to work well in a team.

To support this focus area, Amazon is seeking an experienced and innovative Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Manager to join our team. The Multi-Site WHS Manager will be responsible for providing WHS support to multiple sites within their region to execute company safety policies and ensure compliance to all applicable local and regional regulations. By leveraging lean principles and kaizens, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce conditional and ergonomic risk in our processes to ensure a safe and healthful working environment for our Associates. A successful Multi-Site WHS Manager will demonstrate the ability to build trust and confidence with the operations team and inspire change through providing comprehensive risk assessments and safety data analysis. The Multi-Site WHS Manager must be an effective communicator and send clear, concise and consistent messages, both verbally and in writing. You will instruct and train operations leaders in Amazon safety policies and assist the operations site teams in incorporating our safety standards at their site. You will work to identify best practices and incorporate these standard methodologies into our standards to continuously improve the safety landscape. - Possess a thorough understanding of local/regional regulations and company policy.
- Provide guidance and oversight to ensure compliance to all applicable Amazon WHS Policies.

- Deliver on-time and quality projects to Operations.
- Analyze WHS metrics and review incident weekly and monthly incident trends to discover trends to rationalize the allocation of appropriate resources to areas where the safety risk is highest.
- Perform frequent site safety audits to identify all non-compliance equipment and/or processes at the site. Implement solutions to eliminate exposure to these risks and prevent injury at other FCs.
- Audit record-keeping practices and Gensuite entries to be aligned with global safety standards and local regulations.
- Audit the workplace organization and Associate behaviors to ensure that training, auditing and scoring methods are accurate and consistent.
- Spend time at the delivery stations and seek input from teams, Associates and leaders on safety program improvement opportunities. Ensure open communication on status of progress and resolution against these suggestions.
- Ensure site leadership and Associates are trained and knowledgeable of their responsibilities under each policy. Audit the quality, delivery (including qualifications of the trainer), and effectiveness of all required safety training.

The MRSS Qualified Mental Health Specialist (QMHS) will provide mobile response and stabilization services to youth ( 2-20) and families who have called the crisis hotline with a family identified crisis. The MRSS Qualified Mental Health Specialist (QMHS) will respond face-to-face (in person or via video conferencing) with another MRSS Team member to high risk crisis situations within an hour to assess the youth and stabilize the family. After the initial 72 hours, the family will receive on-going stabilization and care coordination services from the MRSS QMHS and other members of the MRSS team in various community settings. The team works to provide support – including education and consultation for parents and/or caregivers, case coordination, and symptom management and monitoring for up to 42 days. Work hours are flexible, some evenings may apply.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Provide mobile response to a family identified crisis within one hour.
- Engage youth and families in de-escalating the crisis and assess for risk.
- Facilitate hospitalization for clients as necessary.
- Assist with the completion of the CANS assessment and help develop a safety plan and a MRSS plan.
- Provide ongoing stabilization services with the youth and families for up to six weeks.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the clinical record through the timely completion of assigned documentation in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.
- Respect the privacy of clients and hold in confidence all information obtained during the client’s treatment according to HIPPA guidelines. All client-related documents should be handled in accordance with Agency guidelines on confidential material.
- Recognize the significance of the parent and/or caregiver in the client’s life and demonstrate the skills to engage the client, primary family, and other supportive adults in the treatment planning process.
- Accept assignment of cases from the supervisor to provide QMHS Services for clients, their families, and/or significant others as needed, including: community organizations, schools, other health and social service professionals, the justice system, and other agencies involved with the client.
- Provide QMHS Services including, but not limited to:
- development/review of the client’s treatment plan.
- crisis work – providing assistance and support in crisis situations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Minimum High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree .
- Licensure:After hire, must complete agency training needed for the Qualified Mental Health Specialist Certification.
