- Co-ordinates with Otis Line Operators to ensure call backs are attended as per the defined service level agreements.
- Completes timesheets, log cards, maintenance JHA, OSA forms, SVR sheets etc. associated with mechanical duties in timely manner.
- Conducts operations within the client site rules and regulations, escalating potential conflicts with Otis safety guidelines.
- Ensures all service/maintenance operations are conducted within the OTIS safe working procedures, WWJSSS requirement etc. and adequate personal protective equipment to minimize any safety concerns.
- Supports other junior colleagues with service/maintenance operations at the client sites, acting as a buddy to help develop their skills further.
- Reports any accidents, near misses, potential hazards, and unsafe conditions etc. that occur during work activity and impact the safety of the mechanics or end users to the Team Lead - Mechanic.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 To 10 years’ experience in elevator industry
- Trouble shooting, major and minor repair works for Elevator and Escalator.
- Diploma or equivalent education
- Good communication skills

Job Responsibilities:
- Modification and testing of electrical equipment such as transformers, MV/LV switchgear components (breakers, CT, PT, auxiliary relays, and functional testing of transformers and MV/LV MCC equipment components such as contactors, CT, and PT).
- Assist in modifications according to approved drawings and project specifications under the guidance of a supervisor.
- Repair, troubleshooting, and refurbishment of breakers, transformers, and motors. Customer coordination.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably in power generation, oil & gas fields.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Required Skills:
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and scheme functionality.
- Good knowledge of project site safety procedures and standards.
- Driving license is mandatory.
Education:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

The Service Technician will assist in executing sales/commercial transactions and operations activities under the supervision of the Regional Portfolio Manager. Responsibilities include understanding client inquiries, process inquiries from clients, providing quotations, negotiating with end users, and executing orders. Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical or Mechanical).
