Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Presales Engineer/ team leader specializing in Automation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between sales, engineering, and customers by delivering expert technical consultation, solutions, and demonstrations. The Senior Presales Engineer will focus on understanding customer needs, developing tailored solutions, and driving the adoption of automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Expertise and Solution Design:
  • Determining the Scope from RFQ and Bid Documents received from Client.
  • Attending Site survey for job explanation meeting at client facility, review scope of project and working condition at site.
  • Utilize GNS cost methodologies and tools to translate the identified project scope & produce capital cost estimates.
  • Analyze customer requirements and provide customized automation solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Develop system architectures, workflows, and integration plans for automation projects.
  • Prepare and present technical proposals, cost estimates.
  • Provide technical support to customers and to sales force when needed
  • Preparing Technical proposal to describe solutions of technical issue which are raised by clients.
  • Interact with vendors and suppliers to receive quotation and compare them to provide cost effective estimation plan.
  • Maintain and update estimating statistics, methods and data, providing a comprehensive and reliable source of information.
  • Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
  • Collaborate / Coordinate very closely with internal organizations for estimation and other related cost estimating activities.
  1. Presales Support:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and craft compelling technical solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept (PoC) sessions for prospective customers.
  • Create and deliver presentations showcasing automation capabilities and value propositions.
  1. Customer Engagement:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their challenges and objectives in automation.
  • Provide technical responses to RFPs/RFQs and address queries during the sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
  1. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:
  • Work closely with internal teams, including R&D, engineering, and product management, to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and scalable.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings in the automation sector.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on presales and automation technologies.
  • Documentation of works related to Pre-qualifications or other sales support activities
  1. Post-Sales Handover:
  • Ensure smooth transition of projects to the engineering/PM teams by providing comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Participate in project kick-off meetings to ensure alignment on scope and customer expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background:

  • bachelor’s degree in electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Control Engineering. Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in automation, with at least 5 years in a presales or similar role.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering complex automation solutions.

Technical Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of PLCs, RTUs, SCADA, DCS, ESD, HMI, IIoT, and other industrial automation systems from different vendors ( Siemens , Schneider , Rockwell , Honeywell .etc ).
  • Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, OPC-UA, DNP3 ).
  • Full knowledge of instrumentation for different industrial sectors.
  • Proficiency in programming, simulation, and configuration tools related to automation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD

Soft Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for varied audiences.

Overview

We’re looking for hands-on, technically skilled individuals who can provide on-site support for our food service customers. You will be responsible for installing chemical, machine, and cleaning system solutions, performing electrical and drilling work, and training staff on the proper use of these systems.

Responsibilities
  • Install chemical, machine, and cleaning systems at food service sites (restaurants, cafes, kitchens).
  • Perform electrical work and drilling as part of the installation process.
  • Train staff on the usage, safety, and hygiene procedures related to the chemical, machine, and cleaning systems.
  • Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote Diversey solutions.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide maintenance support.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in light electrical work and equipment installation.
  • Good drilling and handyman skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to train and interact with kitchen or service staff.
  • Previous experience in food service, hygiene, or technical field is a big plus.
  • Valid driving license is a must.

As our new Technology Sales Manager , you will be responsible for partnering with clients to design and support their digital transformation roadmap, aiming to achieve an optimized, secure, reliable, and scalable business operations model.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as a Technical Account Manager for accounts associated with his/her POD
  • Drive and support the acquisition of Cloud, Data and AI projects in KSA, collaborate with our key vendors (AWS, Microsoft and GCP) and keep up to speed with technology enhancements and new strategies
  • Lead the ongoing development, qualifications, and technical assessment of business opportunities with key accounts managers
  • Showcase Solution Demos equivalent to the pre-qualified customer needs
  • Estimate the project delivery efforts together with the CSM teams
  • Support and coach the local Partner/Direct sellers and their teams in writing technical proposals
  • Play an integral part of the delivery team under assigned accounts
  • 8 years of experience in a similar role, includingproven experience in IT sales/pre-sales and consultancy
  • Extensive technical knowledge within the IT ecosystem: applications, Cloud Hyperscalers, Security, Data & AI
  • Ability to translate business objectives into value propositions and leverage technology for the greater good of the customer
  • Project and resource management skills
  • Multi-cloud Experience (with focus on AWS and GCP)
  • Experience working in an international environment

  • You communicate effectively, confidently manage customer interactions, negotiate with stakeholders, balance diverse needs, mitigate risks, and drive product delivery
  • You bring deep analytical skills and excel in cross-functional collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders
