Job Purpose
Lead and grow Tharwah's Talent Assessment vertical by designing, delivering, and scaling assessment-based consulting services to external clients. This includes spearheading the market introduction and commercialization of the Nova Assessment System. The role is responsible for positioning Tharwah as a thought leader and premium provider of scientifically backed talent assessment solutions across sectors.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and execute Tharwah's external talent assessment service strategy in alignment with the consulting department's growth goals.
Lead the market activation and commercial deployment of the Nova Assessment System as a core product offering.
Design and deliver tailored talent assessment solutions for clients across industries (e.g., leadership assessments, development centers, succession assessments, recruitment profiling).
Collaborate with the business development team to identify, pitch, and close assessment projects with key accounts.
Ensure the scientific rigor, validity, and relevance of all tools and approaches used in assessment consulting.
Serve as a thought leader representing Tharwah in external forums, conferences, and client engagements.
Build, lead, and mentor a team of assessment consultants, psychologists, and delivery specialists.
Oversee project delivery to ensure quality, impact, and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., digital team) to enhance the assessment platform's functionality and client experience.
Establish best practices and delivery methodologies for talent assessment projects.
Track key performance indicators including revenue, client retention, and satisfaction related to assessment services.
Stay ahead of global trends in psychometrics, AI-enabled assessments, and leadership diagnostics.
Communication and Business Relations
Internal: Consulting, Business Development, Technology, Marketing, Training
External: Clients, HR & L&D decision-makers, assessment vendors, partners, industry forums
Work Conditions
Work Environment: Office-based with frequent travel to client sites and industry events
Required Qualifications & Experience
Educational Background:
Master's degree in industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Capital, HR, or related field
Practical Experience:
10+ years of experience in talent assessment or leadership advisory
Strong consulting background, with a proven record in delivering external assessment projects
Experience leading go-to-market strategies for assessment solutions or tools
Professional Certifications (Preferred):
Certified in one or more leading assessment tools (e.g., Hogan, MBTI, Korn Ferry, SHL)
Accreditation in psychometric evaluation and test publishing is a plus
