Job Description
Due to continuing success and growth of our AESG team, a fantastic opportunity has opened up at our award-winning Specialist Consultancy, Engineering and Advisory Firm.
We are headquartered in London, Riyadh, Singapore and Dubai, working throughout the Middle East, Europe and Asia. Our areas of expertise are represented in four core verticals: Building Engineering, Planning and Infrastructure, Strategy and Advisory and Commissioning, Handover and Asset Management.

We have one of the largest dedicated team with decades of cumulative experience in sustainable design, fire and life safety, façade engineering, commissioning, building performance, waste management, environmental consultancy, carbon management and acoustics.
We are looking for a Sustainable Building Design Manager who has the experience and ability to support the evolution, implementation and coordination of an effective and high-quality Environmental Assurance Program and ensure that the execution of the project’s activities are conducted in a manner which is fitting for a mega project.

**Essential Skills**:
- A Master’s degree in Sustainable Engineering or architectural engineering
- Other qualifications in sustainability-related to design/engineering such as LEED, Mostadam or equivalent
- Twelve (12) or more years’ experience across the fields of sustainability and energy in buildings
- Professional qualification and work experience with development, and/or implementation of ‘Sustainability Rating Systems’ such as USGBC LEED, Mostadam, Passive House or equivalent and a strong understanding of energy management
- Proven track record of successfully leading a sustainability program, policies and regulatory frameworks or processes such as ISO50001 energy management systems; ISO14064 (quantification and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions and removals); building energy auditing; energy modelling; lighting design; commissioning and/or Measurement & Verification
- Strong technical sustainability skills across building design services including effective management of resources and assets, i.e., Life Cycle Analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication & report writing skills
- Strong leadership, interpersonal/ people management, and mentoring skills
