Job PurposeThe SME Fine Chemical Provide best practices and Yokogawa's capability as an industry expert (Specialty Chemicals).
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities- Support to Sales with Specialty Chemicals Domain knowledge to identify more business opportunities by understanding customers' pain points and challenges as a way of effectively engaging customers.
- Build strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions. For example, solicits customer feedback and data; conveys a clear understanding of the level of service the team is providing; takes action when standards are not met by team; aligns business process with customer needs
- Develop and implement a relationship management plan especially for strategic, complex accounts to build key relationships at local and corporate levels
- Coordinate the engagement of own organization with the customer organization to ensure effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues
- Consult with a range of customer representatives at different levels to identify the outcomes they require, introducing relevant internal specialists and utilizing their expertise to gather and analyze complex customer data
- Lead a cross-functional internal team to configure a complex tailored or bespoke product-and-services solution and associated contractual terms that meet the customer’s mid- to long-term needs at a regional and global level
- Work collaboratively with other departments (e.g., Business Marketing, Market Intelligence) to improve internal relationships and build strong external customer relationships to develop internal marketing plans
- Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex potential customer accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision-makers and influencers
- Support global team in the maintenance of the CRM system within the area of responsibility, identifying and communicating opportunities for system improvement that may enhance the management of customer relationships.
- Develop a personal network within the business sector and represent the organization at business sector events. Obtain market intelligence and enhance the visibility and reputation of the organization, its products, and its services
- Master's Degree or Equivalent Level, preferably in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math)
- More than 15 years of experience of interpreting strategy and policy in order to set and deliver objectives within medium to long time frames
- At least 6 to 10 years of substantial general work experience together with comprehensive job-related experience in own area of expertise to fully competent level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders. ( Bilingual in English and Arabic is an added advantage)
- Thorough Knowledge in mining OEM Fine Chemicals and manufacturing process
- Possess extensive industry domain knowledge
- Strong Knowledge of latest digitalization technologies & its use/impact in Chemical Sector
- Knowledge on Latest’s market trend in ME specifically UAE / KSA and Africa.
- Skills in both English and Arabic verbal and written communication.
- Software skills in data analysis, Charting & Power Point Presentations
- Must be able to travel with planned or short noticed on-demand basis to support the region whenever there is a business opportunity

Job Description
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead all activities relating to EAMS end-to-end development (Concept, Design, Build, Test, Implementation, etc.) providing clear vision for the future.
- Develop strategic approach and continuous development/improvement for EAMS.
- Ensure system adoption throughout TBC including suppliers.
- Ability to elicit critical O&M data and information (D&I) from field surveys
- Establishment of critical O&M benchmark supporting D&I
- Suitable configuration of critical D&I into CMMS platform
- Ensure the Clients Capital Threshold is clearly defined and functional in the CMMS model.
- Ability to demonstrate all future business benefits of effective CMMS management for the Client.
- The setting out of clear Asset critically criteria to drive the prioritisation of works in the CMMS.
- Assisting with the setting out of key performance indicators
**Qualifications**:
- Degree-Holder - Bachelors/Certification/Diploma
- AM ISO 55000
- EAMS
- IT Systems Engineering
- PMP
- EAMS (e.g. IBM Maximo/Oracle)
- Facilities Maintenance/Management/BMS
