**Digital Marketing Specelist**

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns which can include marketing content creation, paid search, display and social advertising strategies across both B2B and B2C business as well as creating and optimizing paid media channels to support the marketing department in their growth goals such as promoting the company’s services to retain and attract customers.

**Major Areas of Responsibility**

Ownership of all campaigns, with a key focus to increase orders & new customers through various branding (online/offline), performance, and promotion tactics.
Plan, developing and managing all digital communication channels to achieve the brand and commercial objectives.
Proactively recommend and implement new approaches and strategies to identify areas for business growth
Analysis of all online and offline marketing performance reports & driving structural improvements
Create and develop marketing strategies to launch and market existing and new services
Translate ideas and spearhead creative project execution to grow the business Area-specific campaigns, including area launches or new service feature launches
Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs
Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies to inspire ideas and content
Continuously evolving the digital communication touchpoints with up to date integrated solutions and trends that best serves the KPIs and goals
Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results
Research and define desired target audiences, manage the content creation and publishing process, and monitor consumer and content metrics

**Job Requirements**

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Fluent in Arabic and has intermediate proficiency in English
3 years of experience preferably in e-commerce industry focusing on online/offline campaigns, branding, PR, promotions, paid media and deals
Has exposure in driving Brand marketing, CRM, Performance marketing, PR, and loyalty programs for fast growth businesses
Highly analytical, with a proven ability to understand complex data & transform insights into ideas for business growth
Well rounded knowledge of online, offline and influencers marketing
Experience working in digital marketing and/or performance marketing
Positive attitude with excellent written & verbal communication skills
Self-starter, hustler, and ability to work independently
Discover potential gaps and market opportunities for the future development of on-going strategies
Expert at writing marketing content and possess excellent knowledge of consumer and content trends
Sufficient experience in the food delivery market (a plus)
Graphic Designing skills (a plus)
