You will take ownership of delivering a small project or an independent workstream within a larger project. This includes developing coordinated plans with specific initiatives and timelines.
You will actively manage client relationships during the project, supervise or collaborate closely with client teams to achieve project goals, monitor performance, and coach less experienced team members.
Building client capabilities through ongoing coaching to ensure sustained impact beyond the project is key. You will specialize in one or more service lines, becoming a subject matter expert in your chosen sector or function.
Sharing knowledge by codifying learnings from projects and contributing to the firm’s knowledge base is important. You’ll chart your development journey through formal training, mentorship from inspiring partners, and focusing on areas you are passionate about.

Minimum Qualifications- Undergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field with an outstanding academic record
- 6+ years of consulting or business experience, with notable achievements and a drive for personal growth; international experience is a plus
- Experience in organizational development, transformational delivery, or productivity improvement is advantageous
- Proven ability to manage small to medium-sized projects or teams with budget responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills, with a high level of client service commitment
- Ability to work collaboratively across all organizational levels
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Effective communication of complex ideas in English and Arabic
- Willingness to travel within the Kingdom
