**Job Description:**
**Key accountabilities:**
+ Organize and supervise the work of the assigned team to ensure that all work within a specific area of the activity is carried out in an efficient manner, which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.
**Role and responsibilities:**
+ Understands and develop the Client Project Brief, work breakdown structure, packaging of delivery packages and programming of works timeline.
+ Assist The LINE Procurement team in initiating, managing and closing out Consultancy workstreams assigned to them. This shall include the preparation of RFP documentation, tender plans & evaluation criteria etc. This will also include tender technical evaluation through to appointment, day to day management, stage gate review & close out, invoicing and final sign-off.
+ Ensure that all strategies and project deliverables for the project are comprehensively reviewed, with all design and constructability issues identified and resolved, through consultation with counterparts from the Project Design and Project Execution Office.
+ Work with the Senior Project Manager to develop project budgets, timelines and plans for the various elements of a project.
+ Monitor the financial performance of a given area of activity versus budgets and ensure all activities are carried out in line with the approved guidelines while promptly reporting on any variances to management
+ Leads in the Development of the project delivery timeline for inclusion in the contract documentation.
+ Monitors and reports to the Senior Project Manager and Higher Management within The LINE/NEOM, on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones and any conditions which would affect project cost or schedule. Supports or develops recommendations and action plans to resolve issues affecting or likely to affect the successful execution of the works.
+ Assist in assessing Change Management issues on projects, where required.
+ Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
+ Prepare required statements and reports timely and accurately to meet the department requirements, policies, and quality standards.
+ Manage and report risks to ensure strict adherence to the agreed design timelines and develop a risk mitigation schedule as contingency, per project requirements.
+ Provide inputs and implement policies, systems, and procedure for the assigned team so that all relevant procedural / legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service
+ Understands and leads in the preparation and implementation of the Project Management Plans, Design Management Plans and Project Quality Plans.
+ Liaison with the Technical Services Department (ETSD) and Shared services personnel for delivery of design, costs, schedules and overall project support.
+ Co-ordinate with various team to create a business feasibility study across financials, sales and marketing operations etc.
+ Coordinate with counterparts in all NEOM Sectors and Departments to ensure that their specific review, comments and recommendations are incorporated and closed out within each Sector's applicable business strategy and project design cycles. Recommending sign-off to Senior Project Manager and Development Director.
+ Work with different stakeholders across the organization to ensure common alignment for the project.
+ Liaison with the various NEOM Stakeholders.

+ Ascertain those responses are deployed by internal and external stakeholders to control specific conditions and risks

+ Conduct periodical site surveys to ensure that work is carried out to the appropriate standards and guidelines and support in providing expertise wherever required
+ Manage the development and circulation of design reports to relevant stakeholders to gain approval, facilitate operations and site development, and enhance future performance
+ Ascertain continuous engagement and consultation to ensure coordination between different disciplines and designs
+ Conduct meetings with contractors and consultants to address critical contractual/commercial issues to ensure delivery of projects as per the required contracts/standards
+ Verify that coordination between contractors and direct reports is facilitated and achieved to enable timely revision and approval/reconciliation of variations and requests to repair defects
+ Utilize in-depth knowledge and experience to liaise with industry leading Subject Matter Experts to endorse project submissions, ensuring that all reviews are expedited in-depth and returned to the relevant Project Office within optimum timeframes.

+ Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/Engineering from an accredited university - Masters' degree preferred with postgraduate qualification in Design related subjects beneficial.

The Joint Venture Projects Support Division (JVPS) , under the Fuels Strategy & Capital Planning Department (FS&CPD), is responsible for providing oversight and support to Aramco affiliate projects within Downstream Fuels portfolios. Key Responsibilities

As the successful candidate, you will be required to perform the following:

  • Analyze project performance and present results to the project team and project sponsor.
  • Prepare reports analyzing project progress during development or execution stages.
  • Facilitate project risk analysis.

Job Summary:

The Project Management Specialist plays a critical role in planning, executing, and optimizing projects related to property management and operational excellence. What You’ll Do:

Project Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and manage project plans, outlining key deliverables, timelines, and resources.
  • Ensure smooth execution of projects related to property management, leasing, maintenance, and tenant services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and implement best practices.

Operational Oversight & Quality Assurance:

  • Monitor and ensure the successful execution of project milestones, maintaining service excellence.
  • Oversee maintenance and facility-related projects to improve property conditions and tenant satisfaction.
  • Conduct performance assessments and implement corrective actions to enhance project outcomes.

Stakeholder Coordination & Communication:

Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring:

  • Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to optimize project success rates.

Process Optimization & Compliance:

  • Continuously identify areas for workflow improvements and enhance operational efficiencies.

  • Contribute to the development of project management best practices and operational strategies.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, real estate operations, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of property leasing, maintenance processes, and operational management is a plus.

NVIDIA’s Worldwide Field Operations (WWFO) team is looking for a Project Management Engineer with expertise in HPC System Architecture and Artificial Intelligence applications to engage with our customers and partners in the Energy sector. In our Solutions Architecture team, we work with the most exciting platform for accelerated computing and drive the latest breakthroughs in artificial intelligence and High Performance Computing. We need individuals who can enable customers and partners productivity. Our goal is to develop lasting relationships with our users, making NVIDIA an integral part of their workflow. We are looking for someone always thinking about accelerated computing, someone who can maintain alignment in a fast paced and constantly evolving field.

You will be working with the latest HPC architectures coupled with the most advanced neural network models and applications, changing the way people interact with technology. As a Solutions Architect, you will become the trusted advisor of our partners and our end-customers from the Energy sector. Your duties will vary from working on proof-of-concept demonstrations, to driving relationships with key technical executives and managers to promote accelerated computing and Generative AI. Dynamically engaging with developers, scientific researchers, data scientists, IT managers and senior leaders is a meaningful part of the Solutions Architect role and will give you experience with a wide range of challenges and solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and demonstrate NVIDIA’s pioneering AI and HPC platforms to developers.
  • Work directly with key customers from the Energy vertical and our partners to understand their challenges and provide the best solutions based on NVIDIA products.
  • Perform in-depth analysis and optimization to ensure the best performance on GPU-accelerated systems using NVIDIA software platform. This includes support in optimization of both training and inference pipelines, but also HPC applications.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product and Sales teams to understand developer’s challenges and plan for the best suitable solutions. Enable development and growth of product features through customer feedback and proof-of-concept evaluations.
  • Build industry expertise and become a contributor in integrating NVIDIA technology into Enterprise Computing architectures.

What We Need To See

  • MS/PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, other Engineering fields.
  • Ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of Solution Architect or similar R&D experience, demonstrating motivation and skills to drive the technical engagements.
  • Expertise in developing high-performance applications for Energy use-cases with a focus on our accelerated computing platform.
  • Experience in deploying large-scale AI training and inferencing pipeline on the latest accelerated computing infrastructure.
  • You are excited to work with multiple levels and teams across organizations (Engineering, Product, Sales and Marketing team).
  • You are a self-starter with interest in growth, passion for continuous learning and sharing findings across the team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and being comfortable with presenting technical solutions in English and Arabic.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

  • Experience running and optimizing large scale distributed DL training.
  • Experience optimizing inference pipeline, using a range of inferencing technics (e.g., understanding of model compression techniques, model compilation or model serving).
  • Background with working with larger transformer-based architectures.
  • Experience using DevOps technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Singularity, etc.
  • Understanding of HPC systems: data center design, high speed interconnect InfiniBand, cluster storage and scheduling related design and/or management experience.
