This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary, and dynamic position, requiring close collaboration with the Product, engineering, content, Sales, and other Marketing teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, technology marketing, and the use of technology in marketing. As a product marketing manager, you will:
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for a range of products.
- Lead messaging and positioning efforts ensuring our products stand out in a competitive market.
- Lead content planning with product managers —from website copy to whitepapers, blogs, and sales enablement materials.
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns, partnering with regional marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns that drive pipeline growth.
- Launch new products and features, leading cross-functional teams to drive awareness and adoption.
- Run competitive analysis, staying ahead of market trends and evolving our positioning accordingly.
- Support the customer success team on driving customer engagement and growth, working on strategies to upsell and cross-sell across our customer base.
- Plan and execute global events, live webinars, and community meetups that align with our GTM priorities.

Your base pay will depend on various factors including your geographical location, level of experience, knowledge and skills. Responsibilities
GTM Strategy & Collateral : Assist in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for products, and create key marketing collateral (sales decks, one-pagers, demos).
Sales Enablement : Work closely with the commercial team to create tailored materials, including training docs and pitch decks, to support sales efforts.
Use Case Mapping : Identify and map key use cases and value propositions across industries, ensuring the commercial teams are equipped with up-to-date knowledge across our target prospects.
Content Maintenance : Own and update PMM collateral to ensure relevance, incorporating client feedback and insights from commercial teams.
Product Team Support : Collaborate with the product team on validation, research, and testing for new products and features.
Market Research : Conduct market analysis, customer interviews, and competitive research to inform product and marketing strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Ensure alignment of product messaging and positioning with sales, product, and customer success teams.
Minimum Qualifications
Product Marketing experience within a B2B SaaS company.
Technical copywriting skills with experience in writing product specs, GTM materials, and other technical content.
Strong understanding of sales enablement and GTM collateral creation, including sales decks, one-pagers, commercial training documents and product demos
Experience with A/B testing and prototyping to assess and optimize marketing strategies, products, and messaging.
Compelling storytelling and copywriting skills from a technical and commercial perspective, to be able to build strong sales collateral and content to pitch to clients/prospects
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex product information in a clear, concise, and engaging way.
Very detail oriented and organized ways of working
Desired Qualifications
Familiarity with martech tools (e.g., CRM, analytics platforms, automation tools) to manage customer data and track the performance of marketing campaigns.
Fintech/payments experience is preferred
Fluency in Arabic
Experience in market research: Conducting user research, focus groups, user interviews, and competitive analysis to understand customer needs and market trends.

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager as part of our Middle East marketing team. In this role, you will execute the strategy and planning of the overall vehicle line-up and lifecycle in the Middle East. You will be responsible for defining the competitive requirements, vehicle positioning, pricing, and unique brand identifiers in order to maximize brand and consumer value in the region. This is a highly collaborative role in which you are required to act as an integrator between the consumer, product planning, design, volume planning, Jeddah factory, and other cross functional teams in our Riyadh office as well as our Global HQ in Newark, California.
- THE ROLE:
- Lead analysis of pricing, features, and equipment.
- Responsible for program deliverable status at program gateways and regular executive reviews.
- Issue resolution champion for cross functional issues.
- Support Weekly KPI meetings.
- Internally represent the voice of the market (VOM) & voice of the customer (VOC).
- Present product positioning recommendations to the Vehicle Product Marketing group based on competitor research, customer surveys, and industry trends.
- Develop and refine business case assessments with relevant teams (Engineering, User Experience, Design, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to support product feature decisions.
- Develop and present qualitative and quantitative data in cohesive reports that provide clear actionable recommendations.
- Manage key milestones during development and product launch.
- Work closely with Lucid Sales and Finance team to ensure pricing strategies align with overall brand objectives and volume targets throughout vehicle lifecycle
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years of experience in a product planning role at an automotive OEM preferably in the Middle East
- Proven technical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills, high level of independent judgment, initiative and creativity to identify and clearly communicate key performance drivers to senior management
- Experience managing complex projects with meaningful outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to form solid relationships cross-functionally.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on demand despite changes in work scope or focus
- Enthusiasm and aptitude for working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high degree of ambiguity.
- BA/MS degree in a relevant marketing, business, preferably an MBA
