With a 600 bed capacity, the facility is the first specialized Children's Hospital in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The hospital has been designed as a patient focused facility, providing all specialized care for Pediatric patients inclusive of oncology program, providing chemotherapy, Radiation Oncology and Stem Cell Transplant and Organ Transplant Programs for Liver and Kidney.

**Basic Function**:
Lead, manage and oversee the activities of the assigned Nursing departments by assuming a 24-hour accountability; oversee clinical nursing performance and priority setting underpinned by the development of policy, procedures and guidelines.
**Education & Experience Requirements**:
Essential:
- Registered Nurse with a current professional nursing license
- Bachelor Degree (Western standard)
- Masters Degree in Nursing/ Management from accredited institution (Western Standard)
- Specific Certification as required in area of assignment
- Minimum ten (10) years clinical nursing experience which includes five (5) years of which in comparable managerial capacity
- Excellent English Language Skills
- Computer Skills: Expert

Job Description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated professional capable of working effectively in a cross-functional team environment. The successful candidate will assume a full-time employment as a Field Manager, Gilead Oncology in the KSA Medical Affairs department and report to the Oncology Middle East Therapy Area Lead.
Essential Job Functions
• Ensure the safe and appropriate use of Gilead medicines
• Improve the standard of clinical care for patients living with breast cancer
Specific Responsibilities
Allocates approximately 70-75% of time in the field, engaging in scientific exchange with healthcare professional and thought leaders, while proactively gathering actionable medical insights to guide strategic planning and support evidence-based decision making
Responds to clinical inquiries regarding marketed or developmental Gilead products.
Presents scientific and clinical data for these products.
Identifies and develops national opinion leaders to support Gilead products and trains Gilead approved speakers through personal contacts and on-site visits.
Is a company representative to groups of experts, medical professional groups, scientific societies, patient representatives, and represents the company at national and international scientific meetings.
Assists with sales force training at national levels.
Anticipates obstacles and difficulties that may arise in the field and resolves them in a collaborative manner.
Conduct medical education and communication activities, including digital, face-to-face and print.
Serve as internal scientific expert in the therapy area, healthcare landscape, and data on Gilead and competitor medicines and as the medical affairs representative in the Saudi cross-functional therapeutic team
Execute the Gilead Oncology Medical Affairs tactics for Saudi Arabia, in close collaboration with relevant members of the X-functional team supporting the Oncology franchise
Manage projects to completion, anticipate obstacles and difficulties that may arise, resolving them in a collaborative manner.
