As a Field Supervisor, you will be working closely with customers and supervising the daily operations of your team within the region. As a Field Supervisor - Directional Drilling, you will be responsible for:

- Providing support, mentoring, supervision and guidance to Field Engineers to ensure day-to-day wellsite work activities are completed
- Managing cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects for customers
- Supporting external customers and cross-functional teams at wellsite to provide technical knowledge and direction as needed
- Analyzing and interpreting system information and data to provide effective resolution to complex problems at wellsites
- Ensuring work is verified to enable successful customer delivery and sign-off of agreed work objectives

- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/ GED)
- Have minimum 8 years of experience as a directional driller
- Demonstrate expertise with rotary steerable and conventional assemblies
- Have experience working on motor and RSS
- Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to influence others
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with internal customers and suppliers

- bottlenecking studies, due-diligence assessment, enhancement studies, HAZOP studies.
- Lead process safety management overseeing HAZOP, PSR, SIL, PSSR, QRA, and Alarm Rationalization.
- Lead HAZOP/Process Safety Reviews of plant operations as well as new modifications.
- Manage long and short-term projects by proposing major projects to improve safety, reliability and profitability. Prepare design requests, budget justifications and detailed implementation plans for economically justifiable projects. As well as develop detailed engineering design packages for in-house process-oriented projects and follow up on implementation.
- Review in-detail and revise standard work procedures like new operating procedures, instructions, RIMs, alarm and ESD check list, MOC, HAZOP, JSA, Relive valves, plant drawings.
- Ensure environmental and safety awareness effectiveness with work closely with the facility Safety and Environment management to improve safety and achieve highest environmental standards.
- Liaise with vendors and technology licensors for process enhancements and changes as well as with Engineering Services Department for any technology assessment and piloting support.

Minimum Requirements: You must hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is preferred. You should have a minimum of 15 years total refinery process unit experience (process engineering and operations) with at least 10 years’ experience in handling Crude distillation units. Exposure to different licensor technologies for Hydrocarbon treating is a plus. Certified PHA/HAZOP leader. Familiarity and understanding of the best practices, design principles, international engineering standards and specifications relevant to operation of the concerned process units. Familiarity with Honeywell UOP or Axens licensed units is preferred.
