Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager with proven Aramco project exposure to lead,
develop, and oversee all activities related to site preparation, landscaping, and construction of
temporary facilities for large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects. This individual will also take
charge of running the division, expanding business development opportunities in the Khobar region,
and ensuring compliance with Aramco standards, HSE regulations, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, manage, and supervise site preparation activities, including clearing, grubbing, rough
grading, leveling, and compaction.
• Oversee landscaping works (hard & soft) including paved areas (streets, sidewalks, traffic circles,
driveways, retaining walls), as well as soft landscaping (grass, plants, trees, flower beds,
irrigation/drainage systems, sprinkler systems).
• Manage the design, construction, and operation of temporary facilities including access roads,
storm drainage systems, security fences, gates, and camps with housing, kitchens, utilities, water
treatment, fire water systems, fire stations, lighting, and first aid facilities.
• Ensure compliance with Aramco standards, engineering specifications, and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement division-level business development strategies to grow operations in
Khobar and across Saudi Arabia.
• Build client relationships with Aramco, EPCs, and private sector partners to secure new projects.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, manpower requirements, and budgets for assigned scope.
• Coordinate with client representatives, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth
execution and approvals.
• Conduct regular progress monitoring, quality inspections, and risk assessments.
• Provide leadership to site and business development teams, ensuring productivity, cost control,
and timely completion of deliverables.
• Drive HSE excellence across all site activities and ensure zero incidents.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field. Master's
degree is a plus.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in site preparation, landscaping, temporary facilities, and
business development within oil & gas / industrial projects.
• Proven track record with Aramco projects and thorough understanding of Aramco standards,
specifications, and approval processes.
• Strong knowledge of civil works, utilities, temporary camps, and site development requirements.
• Demonstrated business development capabilities, with strong industry networks in
Khobar/Eastern Province.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools, scheduling software (Primavera/MS Project), and MS
Office.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Kafou Energy Company is seeking a Senior Energy Engineer to play a key role in the growth of its Energy Management Services. The primary goal of the position is to work closely with the energy auditing team to conduct the required site surveys and studies in accordance with ASHRAE standards. The candidate shall have the required knowledge and skills in the implementation of energy management solutions for commercial and industrial facilities (i.e., proposal phase, detailed studies, and execution of energy-saving performance contracts).

Responsibilities:
- Conduct a preliminary energy study in accordance with ASHRAE standards.
- Capability to perform data collection, processing, and analysis for preliminary energy studies for commercial and industrial facilities.
- Develop and implement M&V plans for energy savings performance contracting (ESPC) projects at various facilities.
- Provide technical assistance with ongoing review of data from energy management systems, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and energy savings analysis in coordination with the Energy Management Team.
