**Project Manager -NEOM,** for Saudi Arabia
In this role, you will be responsible for directing, coordinating, facilitating, and monitoring the daily lab operation activities (Chemistry and Civil) in the NEOM location, overseeing the location managers and supervisors. You will also be responsible for pursuing sales opportunities and selling Element Services in NEOM to clients in the upstream, downstream and infrastructure sectors. Reporting directly to the GM KSA, the PM is responsible for achieving growth by efficient key accounts management and active new business development in collaboration with the sales team
This role will be based in NEOM, KSA
**Responsibilities**:
- Under the direction of the General Manager, is responsible for directing, coordinating, facilitating and monitoring the daily activities of the lab operations (primarily chemistry and civil),overseeing the department managers and supervisors based in the NEOM location
- Provide and sets direction within the lab to ensure that production goals and customer expectations are consistently met in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner,establishing priorities and schedules, allocating resources to ensure that the lab runs smoothly and efficiently
- Work effectively with lab functional managers and supervisors to develop and maintain positive employee relations overseeing the indirect functions of hiring, performance management, performance review decisions ,execution, and approval of overtime and timecards
- Drive profitable sales expansion with a focus on acquiring new and re-engaging with dormant accounts, while growing existing clients while gathering and analyzing market and industry intelligence, metrics, and trends to determine customer needs
- Provide positive leadership and representation of Element to the public, customers, vendors, and to all employees through membership in professional organizations, serving on company project teams, and representing company at industry association meetings to promote company and services offered.
- Prepare reports and presentations showing sales volume by sector, region, location, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion and achieve sales goals by converting, retaining and penetrating accounts directly or through BDM’s with the help of Sales manager of KSA utilizing technical support to maximize sales
- Actively participate in regular pipeline reviews, ensuring all CRM records are up to date and critical success factors are identified for key opportunities
- Ensures that safety and quality standards are being met and always maintained within the company's safety and QA programs and ensure adherence to all applicable laws pertaining to safety, environment, and corporate governance
Skills / Qualifications:
- Graduate from an Engineering /Science field with a minimum of 8 years experience in a team leader capacity, managing projects in an engineering / laboratory testing field, managing targets related to sales profitability and timely schedule completion while ensuring adherence to the safety and quality guidlines and applicable standards- Highly organised ,with excellent communication skills ,attention to detail, entrepreneurial drive and having demontsrable capability of managing business viable projects
- Familiarity with national and international testing standards preferred
- Able to lead ,train and motivate teams in physically challenging desert work conditions
- Systems savvy and able to communicate and conduct presentations effectively in English and Arabic

Air Products, along with its joint venture partners are developing a world-scale green hydrogen production facility powered by renewable electricity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to produce Green Hydrogen. As the Change management Lead, you will be responsible for the following:
- Setup and administer the Change Management work process for the full life cycle of the project.

- **Project Controls Experience**:Proven skills and experience of change management, cost control for projects on global basis. Understanding of a variety of project types, structures, and contract terms. This includes EPC, third party Sale of Gas (SOG), joint ventures, capital, and cost sharing type arrangements.
- ** Flexibility**: Travel internationally to other regional engineering and project sites.
- **Core competencies**: Commercial and technical acumen, working knowledge of change management, project cost, planning and document management tools and systems. Working knowledge of project management, business development and finance.
**As a Change Management Lead, you will have**:
- Education - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Numerate or related field preferred
