Motion Graphics Designer



The City of Medina is seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphics Designer to join our growing team. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging motion graphics for a variety of projects, including advertisements, videos, and presentations.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create eye-catching motion graphics using various software tools
- Collaborate with team members to develop concepts and ideas for projects
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques in motion graphics design
- Work efficiently within project timelines and meet deadlines

Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field
- Proven experience in motion graphics design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
- Knowledge of 3D animation software such as Cinema 4D or Maya is a plus
- Strong portfolio showcasing your motion graphics work
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Medina. While we prefer candidates who are already located in Medina, we are open to considering remote candidates as well.

Experience:
While prior experience is preferred, we are open to considering candidates with no previous work experience if they possess the necessary skills and demonstrate a strong passion for motion graphics design.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and animate motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product videos, explainers, and social content.
2. Edit raw video footage into polished deliverables with strong narrative flow and brand alignment.
3. Collaborate with marketing, product, and brand teams to develop concepts and visual styles.
4. Create templates, visual assets, and guidelines to support content scalability.

• 3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics and video editing.
