Your Job Responsibilities

As part of the development of our activities in the Naval and Offshore sectors, we are looking for a Naval Manufacturing & Quality Engineer (M/F) in Saudi Arabia to strengthen our technical teams working on the construction and assembly of steel structures.

Reporting to the Technical Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Supervise and monitor the manufacturing, welding, and assembly of steel structures
• Conduct quality control through Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), self-inspections, and quality documentation
• Ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 3834, ISO 45001, and relevant classification society rules
• Apply knowledge of welding techniques, welding procedures, non-destructive testing (NDT), and surface preparation

The QA/QC Manager shall have demonstrated knowledge and training in the ISO-9000 series international standards. He shall be able to exercise judgment against the criteria of the standards. He shall have a University Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance system activities, of which five (5) years must be in managing quality systems relating to the contract scope of work (oil, gas, petrochemical projects, infrastructure, communication).

14. Supervising and auditing internal aspects of environmental safety, material handling and storage, document control, and quality programs.
15. Directing others in the preparation of various weekly, monthly, annual, and job reports.
16. Ensuring client responses and reporting are prompt, accurate, and professional in all forms, verbal and/or written.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (required)
• QA/QC certification (ISO 9001:2015 QMS / Lead Auditor) is an added advantage
• Knowledge of SBC (Saudi Building Code) , Aramco , and SEC standards is preferred
• 10+ years of experience in QA/QC roles with MEP contractors , with at least 5 years in Saudi Arabia
• Solid background in HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems
• Experience in commercial, infrastructure, and government projects (e.g., schools, hospitals, or ministry buildings)

Technical Proficiency:

• Excellent knowledge of:
• ITPs , Method Statements
• WIRs , MIRs
• NCRs , CARs
• Familiar with inspection processes , commissioning protocols , and handover documentation

Software Skills:

Develop and manage:

• Ensure site work complies with project specs , design drawings , and Saudi codes

Site Inspections & Monitoring:

• Conduct regular inspections of MEP installations (conduits, ducting, piping, cabling)
• Review and submit WIRs and MIRs to consultants for approval
• Lead pre-inspections , manage snagging works, and ensure timely closure
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of:
• Daily quality reports
• NCRs / CARs
• Test reports & method statements

Job Description:

The Office Quality Engineer supports the Quality Manager in implementing, monitoring,

and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) across the project and

organization. This role involves preparing and reviewing QA/QC documentation,

coordinating with internal departments, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standard,

client, and regulatory standards, and supporting audits and project closeout activities.

The office Quality Engineer also plays a key role in preparing project record

documentation and Closeout, reporting performance metrics, and promoting

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and collect project Quality KPI report, weekly and Monthly Project

reports and day-to-day quality control issues and assurance activities on-site

and in the office.
