As the Senior Sales Representative - KSA, you will leverage your experience in new business acquisition and leadership skills to deploy strategies, engage stakeholders, and grow business with airport customers in Saudi Arabia, including but not limited to, The General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), Riyadh Airport Company (RAC), Jeddah Airport Company (JEDCO), Dammam Airport Company (DACO), and Cluster-2.
This position interfaces with the Airports Business and local Honeywell Building Technology mega projects and regions on financials, processes, operational initiatives, and core install and service leads to ensure the achievement of Airports growth objectives in these accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide profitable and strategic growth, establish market demand, and expand our Airside Airports business in Saudi Arabia.
- Achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets, including Orders, Revenue/GM, Profit, and Working Capital, while monitoring and optimizing pricing policies.
- Drive a One Honeywell approach in the target accounts to position Honeywell effectively at all organizational levels.
- Manage sales activities using a Sales Management Operating System, including one-on-one meetings, team calls, forecasting, opportunity reviews, and Plan to Make Plan (PtmP) development and monitoring.
- Willingness to travel throughout the country and region as necessary.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Successful experience leading airside projects with enterprise customers.
- MBA or other applicable postgraduate degree.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the Airports, ATM, & Aviation industry.
