  • Customs Clearance & Compliance:
  • Manage the customs clearance process for all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring full compliance with KSA customs regulations.

  • Coordinate with logistics partners to streamline transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations.

  • Lead and develop the supply chain team, including customs clearance officers, procurement specialists, and logistics coordinators.
  • Provide training and mentoring to ensure the team is proficient in customs tools and updated regulations.
  • Set clear performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team alignment with company objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers to achieve favorable terms and conditions.
  • Build strong relationships with key vendors, ensuring reliable supply and service quality.
  • Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports on supply chain performance, including KPIs like cost savings, lead times, and customs clearance efficiency.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with internal departments, including Marketing, Operations, Parts, Service, HR, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics, to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Undertake additional job roll-related tasks as necessary to support the company's mission and operations.
  • Carry out additional tasks as requested by management .

  • Understanding of Incoterms, HS codes, and international trade regulations.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Ensure that the best possible price, delivery and quality are obtained for the company through effective purchasing.

• Ensure POs are placed in a timely manner to achieve the required deadlines.

• Obtain quotes from different suppliers and determine the most appropriate suppliers to purchase from, seeking to negotiate discounts where possible.

• Develop relationships with key suppliers.

Qualifications & Skills :

The scope of activities spans from business development and hunting of opportunities across a given market, to closing of sales cycles with existing and new customers. The SSE will have a strong functional and product expertise which will complement the AE activity on the account.

Core tasks include:

Generate opportunities through leverage of lead generation campaign within prospects and existing customers.

Leverage telesales (if applicable) to create demand generation.

Align closely with AE when prospecting into existing accounts and when initiating the engagement within account.

Supports the AE in building strong customer relationships.

Take full ownership of opportunity, drive teamwork with presales expert, Implementation consultants and partners.

Identify, pursue and close sales opportunities.

Maintain an accurate and documented CRM pipeline of opportunities, on a timely basis.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

The primary purpose of the Solution Sales Executive is to achieve their overall revenue goal. In order to achieve this goal, the Solution Sales Executive Expert must create a complete territory business plan that generates at least 4x their quota in pipeline opportunity. The Solution Sales Executive Expert is responsible to identify and qualify opportunities, develop and drive strategy.

The Solution Sales Executive will develop an opportunity plan containing the value proposition SAP's Digital Supply Chain solutions to potential customers & prospects in that territory. It is expected that the Solution Sales Executive be adept at creating and nurturing senior executive relationships on their own, while positioning the SAP executive team. In that capacity:

Works with the Sales Manager and team to develop and execute programs to drive pipeline & close deals

Works with the Regional VAT to educate target accounts on the solution set and conducts account planning for strategic deals

Works to uncover and run large sales cycles based opportunities as directed by the Regional Sales Lead

Works with VAT team on sales campaigns

Leads efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within named accounts

Works to attain various sales objectives related to securing new business opportunities within named customers

Develops sales best practices securing repeatable and expansive opportunities across named accounts

Experience & Language Requirements

8+ years of experience selling business software and/or IT solution

Oil and gas experience

Experience selling to CXOs

Proven track record in target achievement

Saudi national preferred - in line with Saudization local mandates

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related fields (Business / Engineering or Technology)

Professional Training & Certification

Completion of Sales Methodology training preferred

The Solution Sales Executive Expert is responsible to identify and qualify opportunities, develop and drive strategy.
The Solution Sales Executive will develop an opportunity plan containing the value proposition SAP's Digital Supply Chain solutions to potential customers & prospects in that territory. It is expected that the Solution Sales Executive be adept at creating and nurturing senior executive relationships on their own, while positioning the SAP executive team. In that capacity:
Works with the Sales Manager and team to develop and execute programs to drive pipeline & close deals
Works with the Regional VAT to educate target accounts on the solution set and conducts account planning for strategic deals
Works to uncover and run large sales cycles based opportunities as directed by the Regional Sales Lead
Works with VAT team on sales campaigns
Leads efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within named accounts
Works to attain various sales objectives related to securing new business opportunities within named customers
Develops sales best practices securing repeatable and expansive opportunities across named accounts
Experience & Language Requirements
8 years of experience selling business software and/or IT solution
Oil and gas experience
Experience selling to CXOs
Proven track record in target achievement
Saudi national preferred - in line with Saudization local mandates
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related fields (Business / Engineering or Technology)
Professional Training & Certification
Completion of Sales Methodology training preferred

This two-year program consists of three rotational assignments in Supply Chain roles combined with formal classroom training. - Working on three diverse assignments in manufacturing, sourcing and materials management, logistics, quality and process improvement, HSE and services operations

- Attending a significant supply-chain training curriculum, including certification in LEAN Six Sigma, APICS and Supply Chain processes
- Networking globally and cross-functionally, leading program initiatives or projects with peers and interacting with global business leaders
- Solving critical business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teams

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or equivalent from an accredited university
- Legal right to work without restrictions and/or company sponsorship in Saudi Arabia.
- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater on a scale of 4.0 (or equivalent)
- Graduated from your Bachelors’ degree within the last 36 months
- Demonstrate experience and a passion for supply chain operations
- Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills
- Be able to travel internationally
