About The JobAn opportunity has arisen for F&B Coordinator for F&B Department to join Jumeirah Group.
The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role- Responsible for all administrative work in the F&B office.
- Responsible to raise purchase requests concerning F&B operation when required.
- Ensures that daily revenue report is copied to the F&B Team.
- Updates F&B Generic SOPs through Mercury as required and maintain up-to date hard copies of all F&B generic SOPs.
- Prepare monthly Attendance sheets for the F&B administration and ensuring prompt submission to Payroll Department.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Essential- 2 years’ experience in administration role
- Business English level, Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Preferred to be experienced in luxury hospitality.
