**Key accountabilities:**

+ Assist in assessing Change Management issues on projects, where required.
+ Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.

+ Coordinate with counterparts in all NEOM Sectors and Departments to ensure that their specific review, comments and recommendations are incorporated and closed out within each Sector's applicable business strategy and project design cycles. Recommending sign-off to Senior Project Manager and Development Director.
+ Work with different stakeholders across the organization to ensure common alignment for the project.

+ Utilize in-depth knowledge and experience to liaise with industry leading Subject Matter Experts to endorse project submissions, ensuring that all reviews are expedited in-depth and returned to the relevant Project Office within optimum timeframes.

The Client requires the placement of a Project Manager (PM) to serve as the key interface link between the Client (RCU's Development teams) and Third-Party Developers (TPD). Key Responsibilities:

The production of the ROM for assets to aid in informing the land values will be undertaken in the annual plan by D&C Commercial.
• Risk Assessment (Technical): Identify potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively.
• RCU Commercial to give their assessment of commercial and financial risks.
• RCU Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that the project adheres to all RCU Guidelines such as applicable Healthcare or Education or Residential projects regulations, safety standards, security requirements (strategy & stage gates) and legal requirements.
• Quality Assurance: QAQC by parties producing deliverables to be monitored to maintain a high-quality standard throughout the project, ensuring that all deliverables meet established criteria. Other than plot specifics (title deeds, affection plans, Geotech surveys), there should be minimal design management with Third-Party Developers as the intent is to have County Ops Manage from RIBA 2 - 4.
• Progress Tracking and Reporting: Regularly track project progress and provide status reports to stakeholders.
• Contract Management: Report on the status of Client and Third-Party Developer negotiations, drafting of Contract Agreement by the Client appointed Consultant and Conract agreement.
• Change Management: Ensure that any modifications are documented and communicated appropriately.

Requirements:

Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or project management, or a related field is typically required. Advanced certifications (PMP) in project management can be advantageous.

Experience: 10 years' experience including 5 years supervision experience on similar Projects

Job Summary

Salary: 1600 SAR/Month
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in project management and be willing to work with a dynamic team. The successful candidate will have to manage projects from conception to completion and ensure they are delivered on time, within budget and with the desired results.

Demands for the Candidate
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in corporate environments.
• Proven record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent English language proficiency is a must; Arabic proficiency is desirable but not required.
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop project plans and manage resources effectively to deliver projects on time within budget.
• Monitor progress of all project tasks/activities to ensure successful completion of projects.
• Establish processes for continuous improvement of project delivery methods and results.
• Liaise with stakeholders for smooth execution of projects throughout the entire process cycle.
• Ensure efficient collaboration between teams across various departments for successful achievement of project objectives.
• Oversee quality assurance activities associated with project deliverables meeting company standards & requirements.
• Prepare status reports on progress, risks, performance metrics, timeline & cost analysis as needed by management team & clients/partners accordingly.
