We envision success in this role to include:
- Assessing Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by the contractor and taking appropriate action promptly
- Possessing strong knowledge of precast concrete fabrication processes, including testing, inspections, and quality standards
- Conducting material tests, dimensional checks, and inspecting precast components for compliance with design specifications
- Reviewing shop drawings against contract drawings, specifications, local codes, statutory requirements, and international best practices
- Reporting non-compliance issues to stakeholders for appropriate action
- Familiarity with international quality standards and building codes related to precast concrete (e.g., ASTM, BS, ACI)
- Developing and implementing quality control plans and procedures specific to precast construction
- Monitoring work quality and site safety, including health and environmental considerations, ensuring compliance with contractual and QCS specifications
- Maintaining records of daily site activities, including progress photos, for inspection purposes
- Preparing surveillance and non-conformance reports as needed
- Ensuring effective coordination between disciplines and resolving discipline-related issues on site
To succeed, you should have approximately 8 years of work experience and a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline.

Job General Objectives: Control of production quality during his period (shift).
Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct routine inspection and tests according to SOP and QC inspection and test plan.
- Prepares quality inspection reports.
- Ensures fast and accurate feedback of test results to production department.
