Primary Duties:
- Allocate appropriate discipline resources for the execution of proposals, Concept Studies (DBSPs), FEED, FEED Verifications and detailed engineering on projects.
- Prepare verbal or written reports as required, stating the current workload in the group and whether it will meet set targets. If not, give the reasons why not and list the steps taken, or which need to be taken, to get back on target.

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, Insurance & Risk Management, or related degree (master's degree is preferred) with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience
. Executive management-level experience is required (4+ years).
. Considerable knowledge of the principles and practices of insurance underwriting and claims management.
Political awareness, professional expertise, financial orientation, self-starting initiative, cross cultural awareness, organization astuteness and team spirit.
. Ability to select, develop, manage and motivate personnel to maintain ACIG's overall objectives.
. Proficiency in both English and Arabic Language.
· Preferred whom has IFCE Certification
