Digital | Advantage ( is a leading digital consultancy and agency operating in Saudi Arabia and across the GCC. We partner with clients, founders, & investors to build and sustain digital advantage. This includes a wide range of activities ranging from Web / Mobile App design and development, social media management and optimization, and designing and executing state of the art digital marketing campaigns.
We currently have staff basedin Jeddah, Dubai, Dammam, KAEC, and Amman. Most recently, we have built a solid base of clients and are building momentum with Schools, Colleges, Universities, and Course / Skills Training Providers. The traction we are getting in this sector is allowing us to think about investing to standardize processes, developing or licensing tools, platforms, and technology, and possibly even incubating and spinning out entire businesses.
We are looking for a Talented Digital Marketer to lead our efforts. Ideally someone who has first-hand knowledge of the specific set of challenges facing those trying todrive increases in application volume & enrollments among target segments in Saudi Arabia.

Job Description- Lead business development for the Ed Sector in KSA and across the GCC
- Directly oversee and manage the design and execution of digital enrollment campaigns
- Play a consulting / advisory role on client engagements with Ed Sector clients
- Potential option to transition to Co-Founder and Managing Director of new business concepts developed for the Education Sector
The candidate we are looking for will be highly motivated, creative, and have experience and a passion for tackling the most salient needs of customers at educational institutions.
- Passionate, hard working, service orientated, and have a commitment to delivering high quality work.
Possess knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing and demonstrate knowledge, creativity, and documented immersion in the setup, strategy formulation and execution of digital marketing, social media, and other related tools / platforms.
Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative to analytical side of marketing, and is able to support ideas / recommendations with data and logic.
Maintains excellent writing and language skills (English required; Arabic a plus but not required)
Is a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other team members when necessary.
Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues.
Creative, diplomatic, cool under pressure and fantastic interpersonal and presenting skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
Additional InformationPosition is ideally for staffing in Jeddah but open to other locations.

Job Description
The purpose of the job is to provide a warm welcome to all visitors and incoming callers, alongside a broad provision of administrative support to the school, including:
**School Receptionist**:
1. Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times;
2. Welcome and sign-in/out all visitors and parents;
3. Receive incoming phone calls/queries from parents and stakeholders;
4. Resolve queries and questions (liaising with relevant members of the school team for assistance as appropriate);
5. Receive incoming goods/post and forward these to appropriate team members at the School;
6. Coordinate outgoing goods/post in liaison with the relevant parties;
8. Deal with ad-hoc queries.
**Office Administrator**:
1. General administrative activities including the sending of communications to staff and parents, generate/distribute surveys;
2. Input/update information in the school MIS in coordination with the Office/Data Manager
3. Update the MIS with notified and authorised absences. Follow up with parents when children are absent once registers close each day. Update the registers accordingly.
4. Be a trained first aider, to assist with unwell children (we can arrange training), maintain stocks of first aid supplies/documentation/contents of boxes;
5. Collate and maintain pupil medical information, onsite medication (including expiry dates), and care plans for children in liaison with the Office/Data Manager;
6. Collate and oversee clubs/activities sign-up and registers through the term, including liaising with external club providers as necessary;
7. Maintain general stationery and other stock in the main office and staff room;
8. In liaison with the Marketing Team and Office Manager, produce and distribute the Weekly Newsletter;
9. Manage the admin that supports all school trips in liaison with the teacher running the trip including booking transportation and arranging ticketing requirements;
10. Termly admin tasks e.g.: prize giving certificates admin, school photographs, immunisations, school events in liaison with the Office/Data Manager
