Key Requirements

  • For Qiwa services, Saudization certificates, nationalization plans, company monthly reports on the Saudi nationals and expatriates in each profession, nationality, Ajeer programs, CRs, labor market policies, temporary work visa, issuing and renewing work permits, eAdvisor.
  • For MOL services, employment data, work permit services, affiliate service transfer service, licenses, border worker service transfer, domain, notes, transferring an expatriate worker between the unified number branches, supporting employees with bringing their dependents to KSA, certificate of birth, entry visa and vaccination certificate, guiding employees with dependents levy fee and istaqdam related matters.
  • Preparing official letters such as opening a bank account here in Saudi Arabia, renting a property, collecting, and sending funds to and from the country of origin, purchasing a vehicle, admitting children in schools and other required by the government.
  • Performs any other tasks that are assigned by the line manager or the Director of HR.

The World Bank’s GCC Country Department

The Senior Operations Officer will primarily focus on the WB KSA program. The program is delivered through a Technical Cooperation Program (TCP) Agreement with the Ministry of Finance and stand-alone agreements with various ministries and government entities. It covers activities in a wide range of sectors connected with the Vision 2030 goals with clearly defined deliverables. In addition, the Senior Operations Officer will also serve as a Senior Government Liaison to foster and deepen the trusted relationships with clients and partners in Saudi Arabia.

The Senior Operations Officer will report to the Country Director based in the Riyadh office.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • 1. Client / Country Relations : Develop and maintain excellent and trusted relationships with the government counterparts, actively contributing to business development and growing the World Bank’s Reimbursable Advisory Services (RAS) program in Saudi Arabia.
  • 2. Actively support the country and project teams by playing a critical role in coordinating the implementation of the World Bank RAS program in the Kingdom and working with the Program Manager in the Bank dialogue with the government counterparts.
  • 3. Provide support to visiting technical teams and join key meetings with senior government agencies.
  • 4. Liaise with Global Practices and task teams to ensure consistency in reports and correspondence with the government.

Role 2. Portfolio Monitoring and Implementation
  • Undertake a monthly analysis of operational data and information.
  • Oversee the development of a TCP monitoring dashboard with MoF.
  • Track and report on key deliverables, the work program and budget execution.
Role 3. Monitor Program Delivery and Provide Quality Assurance
  • Implement monitoring system to formally track concept notes, aide memoires, completion summaries, and budget utilization.
  • Conduct regular monitoring of activities with the Operations Team in the Country Office and Headquarters.
  • Participate in the review of CMU budgets and RAS billing in close cooperation with the World Bank Budget department.
  • Monitor and follow up on payment arrears where needed.
Role 4. Play a key role on facilitating VIP visits to the Kingdom
  • Lead the preparations for the visit, liaising with the relevant government entities and World Bank teams.

  • Network programmability basic understanding of NETCONF/YANG, REST, JSON, Network telemetry,
  • Preferred strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, techniques & infrastructure (learning models, LLM, GenAI, AGI, NLP, neural networks, deep learning, AI Frameworks, GPU and DPU)
  • Proficiency with automation tool sets (Ansible, Terraform, ROBOT) with a strong focus on DC switching and compute.
  • Proven track record in guiding complex RFPs, PoCs, and architectural designs for large-scale service providers.
  • Solid knowledge of Network Automation and Assurance solutions and positioning including competitive landscape
  • Strong knowledge of customer networks, their current challenges, ability to act as consultant and guide the customers – particularly Service Providers, Large Enterprises, and/or Public Sector customers.
  • The candidate also needs to be willing to travel (up to 50%)
  • Scripting experience (Python, Perl, TCL, shell programming)
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to effectively articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:

.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;

1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;

1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.

For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

Overview

The City Manager is accountable for overseeing the entire food delivery business operations within a designated city. This role focuses on managing the city-level delivery team (including riders and on-site supervisors), driving operational efficiency, ensuring high-quality customer and merchant experiences, and achieving the city’s business targets (such as order volume, on-time delivery rate, and customer satisfaction score) set by the company.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute city-specific food delivery operation strategies aligned with the company’s overall business goals, including formulating rider recruitment and retention plans, optimizing delivery zone division and route planning, and improving order allocation efficiency to boost the city’s overall delivery capacity.
  • Lead and manage the city’s delivery team, conduct regular skill training, performance appraisal, and incentive mechanism implementation to enhance team stability and work performance.
  • Monitor key operational metrics in real time (e.g., on-time delivery rate, order cancellation rate, food damage rate, rider productivity), analyze root causes of operational bottlenecks (such as peak-hour order surges, traffic congestion, or merchant preparation delays), and propose targeted improvement solutions to ensure stable operation of the food delivery business.
  • Handle complex customer complaints and emergency incidents related to food delivery (e.g., rider-service conflicts, or delivery delays caused by extreme weather), formulate emergency response plans (such as backup rider deployment during peak hours or bad weather), and minimize negative impacts on customer experience.
  • Establish and improve city-level food delivery operation standards and safety management systems, including supervising rider compliance with traffic rules, ensuring adherence to food safety protection requirements during delivery, and conducting regular safety inspections and education to reduce safety accidents (e.g., traffic violations, food contamination).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (such as the technology team for system optimization, the customer service team for complaint handling collaboration, and the finance team for rider salary settlement) to resolve city-level operational obstacles and support the smooth operation of the food delivery business.
  • Collect market intelligence in the designated city (e.g., competitor’s delivery strategies, local consumer preferences, and regional traffic policies), provide feedback to the company’s headquarters in a timely manner, and adjust the city’s operation plan dynamically to maintain competitive advantages.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related majors.
  • Work Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in logistics and delivery management, with 1-3 years of team management experience.
  • Experience in the same industry is highly preferred; familiarity with the local logistics market and resource networks is an advantage.
Skills
  • Professional Skills: Proficiency in logistics delivery process management, including route optimization, vehicle scheduling, and goods tracking; mastery of logistics management software and office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills, able to motivate team members, coordinate internal conflicts, and drive the team to complete work goals. Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to communicate effectively with internal departments, external carriers, and customers, and resolve disputes and problems in a timely manner. Good problem-solving and emergency response capabilities, able to quickly make correct decisions and take effective measures when facing delivery emergencies (such as bad weather, traffic accidents, etc.). High sense of responsibility, strong execution ability, and able to work under pressure to ensure the smooth progress of delivery work.
Language Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (both oral and written). Proficiency in other foreign languages is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to set strategic goals for environmental activity in KSA;
  • Ensure that environmental business objectives are met efficiently and effectively;
  • Develop and implement department organisation, procedures, policies, and management procedures for environmental Services in KSA;
  • Maintain good working relationships with Setec group specialized companies to ensure effective co-ordination for environmental business in KSA;
  • Direct and oversee environmental staff in KSA to ensure that they are motivated and trained, and that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standard;
  • Anticipate the vacancies and management of the departures/replacements;
  • Capitalize the best practices and liaise with Setec entities in France for global capitalization;
  • General monitoring of environmental operations in KSA, reporting & dashboards;
  • Manage and forecast budget needs and requests for the department; and
  • Management of contracts and (if any) and sub-consultant’s agreements

HSE Roles, Responsibilities and Accountability:

  • In addition to your responsibility towards following ALPIN’s Integrated Management System, every employee at ALPIN is required to familiarize themselves with ALPIN’s Environmental Impact Assessment and contribute towards minimizing their individual environmental impact in the course of their work.

Skills and Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Biology or Science;
  • Environmental Engineering background with preferably more than 15 years of experience, with a part of that experience in the Middle East;
  • Excellent written & spoken English;
  • Written and Spoken Arabic is a plus;
  • Written and Spoken French is a plus;
