A leading bank in Riyad is looking for Murex reporting consultant who will help with Report development.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the Murex system setup at the client, organisation of the support teams, end of day procedures and the report delivery process
• Collect and provide detailed technical specifications / business requirement specifications.
• Develop a generic datamodel and then create datamart objects as required for the reports.
• Reconcile report extraction output with the onscreen / mreport output.
• Analyse differences caused by adding or removing some filter conditions / dynamic table flags / launcher flags.
• Analyse datamart setup and the table structures for the purpose of identifying redundant objects, to minimise execution time of batches, and to seek possibility of reuse of objects.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• 10+ years of experience on MX3.1 Datamart
• Understanding of the Murex system as a whole
• In-depth understanding of MX reporting architecture, MX datamodel, and MX Datamart configuration
• Familiarity with mxres configuration files, and launcher flags
• Thorough knowledge of Datamart objects - dynamic tables, feeders, batch of feeders, scanner templates etc.
• Exposed to Mreports; Mreport to Datamart migration experience is desirable
• Technical skills - Very good knowledge of SQL (Sybase and Oracle), At least one reporting tool (Actuate, Crystal reports, Micro Strategy), Basic unix commands
• Understanding of Trade Life Cycle
• Basic knowledge on financial instruments such as Interest Rate Derivatives, Credit Derivatives, Currency Derivatives, Swaps, Futures, Options, FRA, etc.

A leading bank in Riyadh is seeking a Murex risk consultant to support their activities. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge as a credit risk Murex/MLC developer.

Responsibilities

1. Manage vendor deliveries related to Credit Risk & Market Risk, including technical configuration support and closure.
2. Coordinate with vendors for reported bugs, track fixes, deploy re-tests, and ensure quality during technical deployment.
3. Support users with SIT, UAT application access, best practices, limitations, and securing sign-off.
4. Handle new developments and minor Change Requests internally.
5. Provide technical support for post-Go Live enhancements related to VAR, Scenarios, Performance Attribution, etc.
6. Ensure Static Data configurations, methodology documentation, and valuations meet user expectations during implementation.
7. Promptly support and address regulatory reporting issues, breaches, exposures, limit validations, ALGO - Mx sync, etc.

Skills

Must have

• Experience with Murex support in credit risk/MLC

• Ensure GL related issues of EOD are addressed promptly and Finance reconciliations of positions, etc are monitored for correctness.
