About the RoleWe are hiring a Project Manager who is operationally sharp, execution-focused, and committed to delivering results. This person will act as the CEO’s implementation lead in Saudi Arabia—managing timelines, coordinating contractors, overseeing logistics, and ensuring childcare center and training project rollout.
This is not a “manage from behind a desk” role. If you’re not ready to work evenings, travel frequently, and own execution without ego, do not apply.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of early childhood center development projects.
- Manage contractors, suppliers, and internal team deliverables.
- Act as CEO’s local representative—attend meetings, capture action points, and follow through.
- Maintain detailed project tracking via Monday.com and other tools.
- Join and support board-level and investor meetings 3x/week (5–7 PM KSA time).
- Coordinate logistics, communications, scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
- Support the daily operations of the Arabian Child Training Institute.
- Be physically present where execution happens—on sites, with partners, in meetings.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations or project management.
Degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication.
Excellent public speaking and stakeholder engagement skills.
Hands-on experience with project management software and digital tools.
Able to balance admin-level follow-up with C-level presence and professionalism.
Focused, driven, no ego—comfortable with work that ranges from strategic to tactical.
Open to flexible hours, travel, and urgent execution requirements.
Shadow the CEO and gain full understanding of all active and upcoming projects.
Build execution timelines, trackers, and accountability plans.
Begin active follow-up and coordination with contractors, centers, and stakeholders.
Report regularly on progress, risks, and needs—without being prompted.
