Overview

We are seeking a Digital Strategy & Performance Professional to join Downstream Digital Transformation Division (DSDT). The DSDT supports Downstream Admin Areas within the digital capabilities pillar. Your primary role is to define, align, and monitor the downstream digital transformation strategy. This individual will work closely with Digital Program Managers and various Admin Areas to ensure that digital initiatives are strategically focused, properly resourced, and measured for impact. They will also identify new growth opportunities and continuously refine the transformation roadmap based on market insights and performance data.

Key Responsibilities

As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:

  1. Collaborate with functional leaders to develop a cohesive downstream digital roadmap that aligns with broader corporate objectives.
  2. Identify emerging technologies, market trends, and best practices to inform strategic priorities.
  3. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of digital initiatives.
  4. Analyze progress data, generate insights, and recommend course corrections or pivots where needed.
  5. Serve as the liaison between Downstream digital transformation, Digital Program Managers, and operational teams to ensure cohesive execution of the digital strategy.
  6. Facilitate regular strategy reviews, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder updates.
  7. Evaluate potential initiatives by conducting ROI analyses, feasibility assessments, and risk evaluations.
  8. Provide recommendations on investment priorities and resource allocation for maximum business impact.
  9. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and internal performance to identify new digital opportunities or enhancements.
  10. Champion an agile, iterative approach to adopting new technologies and methodologies.
Minimum Requirements
  1. As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Engineering, or related field; an advanced degree is preferable.
  2. 15+ years in strategic planning, management consulting, or digital transformation roles (oil & gas experience preferred).
  3. Proven track record in setting and monitoring enterprise-level strategies, ideally in large-scale, complex organizations.
  4. Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication abilities.
  5. Familiarity with performance tracking tools and metrics (e.g., objectives and key results (OKRs), KPI dashboards).
  6. Strong understanding of digital technologies (cloud, analytics, Internet of Things (IoT), AI) and their strategic applications in downstream.
  7. Agile mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities or market conditions.

**Marketing Specialist**

**Job Summary**:
Working closely with the dept. marketing team to create a strong brand presence online and offline campaigns and events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.

**Responsibilities**
- Initiate and manage qualitative market research for products in all stages of the product life cycle.
- Create annual marketing plan, strategy and budget based on company objective and goals.
- Use market analysis data and customer understanding and demand regional base.
- Identify and analyzing trends, helping to create long-term plans and alternative strategic scenarios to identify growth opportunities for the business
- Oversee, track, analyze and report day-to-day marketing activities.
- Create and monitor the development of marketing materials such as brochures, catalogues, manual, etc
- Identify and create proper market segmentation, business opportunities and ensure well maintained, conducted and consequent positioning.
- Create market penetration strategy.
- Lead and monitor the marketing implementation and evaluation the advertising communication activities, programs and promotions efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead the evaluation of product's life-cycle
- Empower marketing tools and activities by creating marketing content.
- Plan, execute and Manage marketing activities such as exhibitions, seminars, group meetings and other activities.
- Attend physically to monitor and oversee all executing events and activities.
- Liaise with regional teams to ensure that products and service strategies are well addressed and meet market needs.
- Manage and monitor CRM
- Responsible to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Manage the development of Maintain comprehensive customer database and customer relationships.
- long-term strategic objectives for CRM programs.
- Coordinate the design and preparation of support materials for the sales force and provide training where needed.
- Strengthen our relationship with clients and company partnerships.
- Manage contracts with creative and design agencies.
- Manage the implementation and improvement of the marketing guidelines, policies and procedures and ensure compliance across all departments.

**Qualifications**
- B-to-B and B-to-C marketing experience
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong results-orientation
- Fluent bilingual English and Arabic
- Ability to grasp technical concepts and translate to commercial solutions
- Be on site oriented

Skills & Characteristics:

- 2-4 years of marketing experience.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing (preferred).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of online and digital marketing techniques and tools.
- Good understanding in brand equity and target achievement.
- Strong knowledge in SEO & SEM and how to optimize it.
- Omnichannel basic experience.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jeddah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in KSA Riyadh office. The ideal candidate will take ownership of our digital marketing initiatives, managing and optimizing various online channels to achieve business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with creative problem-solving skills and the ability to execute campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize digital marketing accounts across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Google Ads, Snap, and others.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, enhance engagement, and increase conversions.
  • Design, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns to promote our services and products.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and control CPA.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target market needs.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various digital platforms and tools.
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing accounts across social media platforms, search engines, and other digital channels.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights from performance metrics.
  • Strong skills in content creation and iterative optimization of marketing materials.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the education or e-learning industry is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite).
