The Director of the Innovation Center of Excellence (CoE) will lead a pioneering initiative established jointly by Zahid Group and Infor. This position is responsible for driving digital transformation, leading cross-functional innovation teams, and establishing the CoE as a regional model for technology leadership within the equipment industry.
This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strategic vision, strong execution skills, and the ability to foster partnerships between technology, business units, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
* Define and drive the strategic vision and roadmap for the CoE in alignment with Zahid Group’s innovation objectives and Infor’s industry leadership.
* Build and lead a high-performing innovation team and manage cross-organizational collaboration.
* Serve as the face of the CoE in external engagements and regional industry forums.
Innovation Development
* Oversee identification, development, and deployment of use cases aligned with Zahid’s business and the equipment micro-vertical.
* Ensure robust pipeline of both Industry-Specific and Customer-Specific use cases, using Infor Velocity Suite and Value+ innovation methods.
Program Management
* Lead execution of innovation pilots and ensure timely delivery of measurable results.
* Track performance against CoE success criteria (e.g., number of delivered use cases, adoption metrics, regional impact).
Regional Impact & Talent Development
* Establish the CoE as a hub for innovation and talent within Saudi Arabia and the wider region.
* Oversee training, mentoring, and talent development programs to cultivate regional digital capabilities.
Stakeholder Management & Governance
* Serve as a key liaison to the Steering Committee and Innovation Advisory Board.
* Ensure strong communication and alignment across Zahid, Infor, and external stakeholders.
Marketing & Visibility
* Collaborate with Infor and Zahid’s marketing teams to showcase innovation successes, manage visits to the demo center, and build thought leadership in the region.
Qualifications
* Proven leadership experience in innovation, digital transformation, or technology strategy roles.
* Strong understanding of enterprise software, particularly in the industrial equipment or manufacturing sectors.
* Experience working in or with Saudi Arabia and regional markets is highly desirable.
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
* Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or IT preferred.

Social Media Marketing Specialist
Amman, Jordan
We are looking for a social media specialist with social media management skills to architect and enhance company s customer s social media presences, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue.
Social Media Marketing Job Duties:
- Creates social media campaigns , including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
- Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management
- Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future social media campaigns
- Reports progress to senior marketing management
- Grows and expands clients social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
- Researches and monitors activity of company competitors
- Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of web page and blog content, or social media messages
- At least 1 year experience in digital marketing and social media
- Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Good communication skills

YOUR ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
- At least 6-8 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or similar organization).
- In-depth knowledge of topics specifically within the Digital industry.
- Track record of managing teams and clients, and delivering against tight deadlines in fast-paced and demanding environments.
- Ability to apply depth of content knowledge for thought leadership in project execution.
- Outstanding communication skills; comfort in presenting to senior executives, both internally and among clients.
- A strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
- Have an aptitude for analytical work, like sniffing out clues in massive data sets or hunting down the key issues in a hugely complex challenge.
- Know how to take the initiative, seeking out opportunities to learn new skills and put the ones you’ve already got to good use.
- An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
- Willingness to travel.
