Job Description
- Experience in Personal Data Privacy
- Ensure that client policies are in compliance with codes of practice such as PDPL (Personal Data Protection Law).
- Draft new and amend existing internal data protection policies, guidelines, and procedures, in consultation with the organization's key stakeholders
- Inform and advise the data controller or data processor on all matters related to data protection
- Promote a culture of data protection and compliance across all units of the organization
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance and to address potential issues
- Maintain records of all data processing activities of the company
- Serve as point of contact for data protection authorities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or Information Management from a recognized and approved program.
- Knowledge of industry-leading data governance and data management practices.
- Have practical track records in data privacy practices, business and technology issues related to the management of enterprise information assets and approaches.
- CDMP Certified
- CIPP certification is a plus
