Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the Visitor & Community Services function within DMMO

  • Consistently review DMO offerings to enhance visitor engagement and support
  • Maintain consistent visitor support throughout Qiddiya City and its districts, coordinating efforts with asset-level operators
  • Ensure the provision of information and services both online and in print
  • Manage the assets incentives program and develop initiatives to engage local community stakeholders
  • Foster a positive local community attitude towards tourism while protecting communities from potential negative impacts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Over 15 years of experience in visitor services, community relations, or a related area, along with significant leadership experience
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful visitor and community engagement strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to drive decision-making
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
