Our global team is multidisciplinary and combines our core knowledge in accounting and reporting with knowledge in technical and regulatory sustainability issues.

Our teams help clients improve and report on their sustainability performance. Specifically, we help clients manage emerging risks, and reduce costs through the design and implementation of systems and processes and leverage opportunities in areas such as climate change, health and safety, labor rights, nonfinancial reporting, supply chain and environmental management.

**The opportunity**

The EY CCaSS team is actively looking for a Senior Consultant with climate change and sustainability consulting experience or background, including exposure to energy management, green building, HSE management systems, sustainable value creation, sustainability digitization, business model innovation, sustainable supply chain and reporting.

**Your key responsibilities**

In this role, you will work on multiple client engagements, sharing responsibility, providing support, developing relationships, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress across a range of industries, including consumer products, Oil & Gas and financial services. You will perform audit procedures, create work products such as audit analyses and engagement documentation, evaluate and test processes and related controls, participate in client meetings and assist in preparation of reports.

You will also contribute to the development of a market leading team that can provide board level strategic advice and winning large transformation engagements that leverage the wider competencies of EY. Working with EY CCaSS local / regional teams to deliver and execute projects efficiently with a high-quality standard will also be essential.

- General understanding of sustainability best practices in areas of transformation, supply chain, digitization, business model innovation and value measurement
- Strong technical, quantitative and analytical skills

- Further studies and / or relevant professional qualifications
- Track record with a leading consulting firm
- Proficiency in the Arabic language

Role Summary

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Assistant will support our strategic growth across the region. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented event coordinator with strong Arabic language skills and a passion for clean, impactful communication. You will contribute to high-impact marketing initiatives, from event coordination, Saudi localization of marketing materials and vendor collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Arabic Content and Saudi Localization Lead

  • Translate short passages to Arabic (mostly for social media), proofread and edit Arabic language content
  • Ensure that the company’s Arabic language content is accurate across different marketing documents and channels
  • Ensure appropriate Saudi localization of content across marketing channels
  • Be the sole person responsible for the company’s marketing materials in Arabic

Event Coordination and Content Creation

  • Organize events by managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, customers, and various stakeholders before, during and after event
  • Ensure events meet department and company’s objectives, such as lead generation and brand awareness goals
  • Pitch Yellow Door Energy to speak at key events
  • Create content (presentations, panel briefing notes) for speakers; nominate the company for awards, etc.

Graphics and Photography Lead

  • Take photos of employees and at events and of solar projects, as needed
  • Update and create brochures, proposals, presentations and create new graphics as needed
  • Integrate artificial intelligence (AI) tools to enhance graphic design and video work, speed up process as needed, whilst maintaining quality
  • Assist in formatting and editing a wide variety of marketing documents
  • Manage photographers, videographers, agencies, printing companies, etc. to achieve marketing goals
  • Provide ad hoc marketing support to rest of marketing team as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing or similar
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Excellent written and spoken Arabic
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Events coordination experience
  • Graphic design and/or photography skills.
  • Comfortable using artificial intelligence (AI) tools to speed up process as needed, whilst maintaining quality

Preferred:

  • Exposure to event coordination, ability to work with videographers, photographers, etc.
  • Native-level fluency in Arabic (written and spoken)
  • Experience in agency or similar role leveraging social media management
  • Demonstrated creativity and ability to distill technical content into digestible materials
  • Highly organized, with good attention to detail, responsive with a sense of urgency
  • Quick learner with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • High level of self-awareness and openness to feedback
  • Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to learn from others
  • Responsible, punctual, with a high level of work ethic and professionalism
