The Role
An international contractor are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team on a prestigious mega building projects in Riyadh. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage on-site construction activities to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. • Coordinate with project stakeholders including consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives. • Oversee planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for all civil and structural works. • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. • Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to the site team.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). • Minimum 10 years’ construction management experience, with at least 5 years on large-scale or mega building projects. • Proven track record in managing complex building developments. • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. • Ideally based in Saudi Arabia
