About The Role …

  • Enable automated patching, scaling, and monitoring tasks via Azure DevOps YAML pipelines and PowerShell DSC, improving operational efficiency.
  • Deep understanding of cloud cost optimization, monitoring, and high availability design patterns.

    • The Main Objective of this role is to translate the technical specification of the products or solution in a straightforward business language to the clients and to generate demands in his specialized solution areas within customer segments with specific approaches.
    • He/She will be engaged in all technical sales activities, and He must have Microsoft Azure-specific knowledge., Any certifications and specializations to back up that knowledge are highly recommended.

**Responsibilities**
+ You will develop relationships with key customer IT decision makers, who drive long-term cloud adoption within their company to enable them to be cloud advocates as well as be the Voice of the Customer and share insights and best practices and connect with Engineering teams to remove blockers.
+ You will provide feedback & insights from customers/partners back to the relevant MS teams including Product Groups, to enable continuous improvement.
+ You will deliver excellence as you own your committed pipeline and ensure delivery in alignment with customer expectations
+ You will develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by working with technical decision makers to ensure they understand Microsoft's Azure Infrastructure services required to operate AI solutions at scale, inclusive of value proposition and how they get value from their investment in the Microsoft technology.
+ You will run Architectural Design Sessions to build plan for implementing solution -governing design in line with customer business goals and their technical environment as you use CAF Landing Zones to rapidly enable migrations, help build customer resiliency in priority areas including Networking, Zonal/multi-region and Security and prepare our customers for AI Innovation.
+ You will identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging Azure Infrastructure technical subject matter expertise and lead technical conversations with customers to drive value from their Microsoft investments and deliver all work according to MS best practices and policies.
+ You will demonstrate a Self-Learner mindset through continuous alignment of individual skilling to team/area demands and Customer Success goals as you accelerate customer outcomes and engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-sure and learn from others to help accelerate your customers transformation journey.

- Troubleshoot technical issues to prove the value of implementation of Azure technologies
- Assess the customer knowledge of Azure platform and overall cloud readiness to support customers through a structured learning plan and ensure delivery through partners - Collaborate with others in developing complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform
- Maintain technical skills and knowledge of market trends and competitive insights; collaborate and share with the technical community - Be an Azure Platform evangelist with customers, partners, and external communities.
- Build and grow developer communities by driving activities including Open Hacks, Workshops
- Curating and producing high quality guidance for Microsoft's internal and external communities and customers
