Role Overview

Pulse is seeking a KSA National to join our delivery team as an Asset Management Consultant. The role will focus on defining, rationalising, and integrating asset and performance data into structured frameworks that support KPI reporting, governance, and operational assurance. The successful candidate will support the collection, validation, and organisation of asset data from multiple systems (particularly IBM Maximo), assist in the design of asset hierarchies, and contribute to the transition of validated information into structured reporting repositories such as MS SharePoint. Candidates must be available to start within the next 4 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Validation

• Gather asset and performance data from IBM Maximo, document repositories, and other operational sources.
• Conduct structured reviews of asset registers, work orders, incident logs, and maintenance records.
• Apply standardised approaches to catalogue sources, identify gaps, and validate data against KPI definitions.

Data Cleansing & Organisation

• Support removal of duplicate, inconsistent, or fragmented records.
• Assist in harmonising asset classification, naming conventions, and formats across multiple systems.
• Document cleansing activities and contribute to the preparation of prioritised dataset registers.

Hierarchy Development & KPI Alignment

• Assist in mapping data into provisional asset hierarchies with traceability to contractual KPIs (availability, reliability, safety, compliance, cost).
• Work with technical specialists to structure categorisation and tagging standards for asset classes, sub-systems, and equipment.
• Contribute to static prototypes of KPI files and test traceability of data through validation exercises.

System Transition & Reporting

• Support transition of structured datasets into MS SharePoint for ongoing governance and reporting use.
• Document workflows, reporting logic, and data lineage to create audit-ready records.
• Provide input into dashboard preparation and operational pilots to test KPI reporting accuracy.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work alongside engineers, planners, and reporting leads to validate outputs.
• Participate in stakeholder workshops, walkthroughs, and review sessions to test data completeness.
• Escalate issues of data integrity and gaps clearly to project leads for resolution.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• KSA Nationality is mandatory

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Systems, or related engineering discipline.
• 1–3 years' experience in asset management, facilities management, or operations support.
• Practical working knowledge of
  IBM Maximo
  for asset registers, work orders, and system configuration.
• Familiarity with

  for data storage, workflow support, and reporting transition.
• Strong skills in MS Excel and other MS Office tools for data structuring and reporting.
• Understanding of asset hierarchies, maintenance data, and KPI frameworks.
• Good communication skills in both Arabic and English, with ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Purpose:

The Asset Management Manager is responsible for
overseeing the company's assets throughout their lifecycle
, ensuring optimal utilization, maintenance, and reporting of fixed and intangible assets. This role ensures compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and strategic financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement
   asset management policies and procedures
   in line with corporate strategy.
2. Oversee the

Main Purpose

The Asset Management System Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring asset data structure and compliance in relation to asset information systems. Monitoring the state of assets by gathering information from physical and functional condition during inspections and utilizing technological tools to track asset performance.
